Petition/Proposal to Benefit Shareholders of All US Listed Chinese Companies
You never know if yours will pull the same bad strategy, please read, join, and spread the word:
actually i was the only person who visited the factory. the factory was bussy and lots of washing and dying machines were under construction. the company / factory is undervalued for sure. I personally bought some shared after the visit. The announcement of the oil customer was before the visit. the other order was after. i dont now if the order for the shaft of the windturbine is for new customers or nor.but i saw the production of the shafts. In general a very busy factory with 200 employees i two factories which are located next to each other.i am still waiting for some answers which were discussed during my visit. i had some big jet lag and the chinese are not the quickess in answering. That is the only downsite. For the rest the management want to keep investing. i am more for saving cash and buy back shares on the open market. first normal valuation before other big investements.
I heard things went well on the trip and the two mfg facilities were very busy. Can one of the analysts who went on the trip chime in?
Hi, I was hoping you would provide feedback on your trip: observations, conditions found, information garnered, activity level in the plant(s), equipment descriptions, etc.
Two announcements for $9.5M in contracts announced since you last posted, which equates to well over $2 in revenue/share outstanding
Ask if they can consider ADR buy-back and/or a dividend to enhance investor value.
My understanding is that Chinese companies cannot 'export money', meaning they cannot take domestic funds for these purposes. However, if they have any export sales and keep those funds outside China, then those external funds could be used for the dividend or ADR buy-back purposes.
Any thought from the group?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
withsuze. Sorry but you are that person who writes a lot of nonense on the unxl mb. In regards to Cleantech solution investor day there will be 1 analist present and 2 investors. I am one of them and will to shanghai on wednesday for fridays presentation. Please dont write a lot of nonense here.
there is little the company can do. the ceo mister Wu bought shares direct. i would rather have like he purchased from the market. they company has like 90 percent equity. maybe they can loan a little money and buy back shares from market.
Because of historical bad examples, there is a general mistrust of Chinese companies listed on the U.S. markets. This has affected Cleantech Solutions (CLNT) through unfounded "guilt by association".
Given the negative effect this phenomenon has for the company's shareholders, what are the plans of the company in this regard.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
