$130 Million in Rev? Too High.
I think QTM gotta do something like more Cost Cutting to get Breakeven down to abt $110-120 mil in Rev per qtr. Think QTM holding on to excess inventory abt $15 mil too (73 mil at qtr end).
Inventory levels should be abt $55-60 Mil. Excess Inventory needs to turn into cash ASAP (abt $15 Mil)
QTM financial will look like after $84 Mil Note due Nov 2015 is paid off
$44 Mil Cash
$68Mil + 75 Mil = $142 Combined Debt
$84mil Note due Nov 15 - 75mil WF credit line = $9 mil Short still. it's gotta come from QTM cash or cashflow. QTM 53 mil cash - 9 mil = 46 mil. if QTM has another bad qtr expect cash to go down even more. say abt $36 mil
Can't post a link, but I can tell you via TD Ameritrade that the report was pretty positive, especially regarding the ability to meet upcoming debt obligations, but the price target only $1.50.
