Cy is well managed, makes profits, got lot of cash but remains unknown from US and
Build a new image, communicate, and win investor's confidence shoud be a priority!.
M Donenfeld. does'nt do the job he's payed for ...!
Cy deserves a better image and a much higher pps.
Thanks for your reply. That bothers me though. I sent a mail yesterday, so I should have some patience. Has this ever been asked on a meeting or conference call why this is the case?
..and there's the problem. The company don't give a response to direct shareholders requests. The financial data on the website is outdated, last entry 2010. There is no much confidence for an investor. In appearance, they don't want any investors and ultimately the stock price takes account of this.
If only the company gave out some good news, that would help to stabilize the stock price. I was thinking they might probably release some news on their expansion plans soon....nothing as of yet I guess
It seems that the China space is again under attack. Read the articles on $NQ and others on Seeking Alpha. All that negative publicity is not good for the whole space.
I mentioned we would see a trading range between 2.8ish and 3.2ish. That's what I think is going on until it finally breaks up. Also, look at recent action in GURE, ONP, SORL, and some other Chinese small caps. That are all making their way higher but with wild swings.
this stock is looking extremely attractive from the pov of volume behavior. over the last 6 months up days have been on heavy volume (5 to 10 times normal volume is not unusual) while flat to down days have been on lighter than average volume.
Chris, do you 'trade' this stock, not exactly day trade but buy and sell with a couple of days in between? I know one can get whipsawed doing that since it could potentially skyrocket and never get back to the level one wants to enter again....just curious. Thanks
With a name that ends in scam, I really do not put any faith in your opinions. Just sayin....
Granted I've been long since $1.90 and am biased :). Valuation matters though. People are coming back to Chinese stocks. If they're not all frauds like Muddy Waters / etc would like you to believe then why are they priced like this?
If this was in the US what would it trade at? $15? $20?
I just checked and yeah it looks like GPRC still trades at a ridiculous 1.5X earnings after backing out cash. Or if you want to nitpick then less than 3 p/e including cash.
Stay long. Going to $10 by 2015.
