Tommydickley remember I'am not like you that heavily rely on dividends and capital gain. I'm only 43 yrs old so any reinvested amount in the form of extra shares is what I want. The more shares I accumulate the better. Poor Tommydickley begging for dividends LOL!
your $10,000 in 2004 will only be $26,000 today, now tell me how could that be up 500% you idiot. Why don't you show your idiotic face so I can slap it real hard LMAO!!!
once again, i ask an honest question and all i get is thumbs down..... every year miilions are payed to fidelity contra, as a shareholder i see nothing in the prospectus stating where the divi's go
looked up erra nitrogen, big divi, divi got bigger but price per share has decreased... whats the story behind that?
that's about $5,700 or 60 new shares, like I said Tommy I still have 12 years before I get to 55 years old (retirement age). I don't care about your problem but my only concern is my situation (to get extra shares from distribution and growth year after after year from FCNTX). If you are retired and heavily rely on the dividends then FCNTX is NOT for you, I've told you buy the MLP -----TNH. Tommy do me a favor research TNH first and how they give out their distribution and go back to me and say "Thank you Jason for this tip"
here's a simple question for you jason, its been over a month since you got your new shares, how's it workin out for you?
Why do I say this; because of it's asset size - well over $70 BIL $$$'s plus and additional $30 BIL $$$'s in 401k's... Danoff is trying to maneuver a battleship in a bathtub! I remember the days when FIDO Magellan, the flagship of FIDO Investments, had an asset size of over $70 BIL $$$'s; eventually was downgraded by Morningstar to 1*star. This fund should be closed to "new" investors; until then, I am rating it a "hold!" BTW, FIDO Magellan's assets are much more in line, now, to produce maximum financial gains, and it is now out-performing FIDO-Contrafund... But, what do I know; I've only made a f------ in the financial markets over the last 40+ years... Best of Luck!
i'll be happy when we get a fair distribution... i wonder Y no one responds to my inquiry... if all fidelity does it wipe out billions of money in the fund to distribute like they just did , FCNTX was at 100 brought it down to 93 in 1 day, then Y don't they do this every year? an honest question, i would like an honest answer!
wouldn't it be nice to get new shares every year? reduce price so new investors come in???
I don't know how simple I can explain it to you Tommy, FCNTX is a growth mutual fund Like I told you go and buy TNH and you'll be a happy camper.
lol, what the........ someone needs to go back to school.. maybe after your 7th post you will master the english language!
now go and get your shinebox!
is there a way to block this person, he does not begin mutual funds to understand and is dominating conversation , wasting everyones time
avg. fund for that time period is up 500 to 1000%......
anyway not gettin off subject, this fund is a good one, it's distributions are not!
