That would be smart for them. They could short it to a buck or two per share and use the profits off that to buy the rest of the company for free. LOL!
rationalthought3. You make a lot of sense. A lot of investors I know are so old they never ask their grandkids what is cool and they buy the wrong companies again and again. They are out of touch and they proceed to loose money buying poor companies like this one. Then when they loose money, they fight back by giving thumbs down to a smart kid like you as if that gets any of their money back! These same guys probably also loaded up on zoomiez or buy their grandkids jeans from Walmart and wonder why the kids gets made fun of at school. Keep up the good work.
Their agreement gives them high interest payments off the top, plus puts them in position for preferred shares that give them a dividend for the long term, and puts them in front of the common stock holders in case of a bankruptcy... No, their deal was fine, they knew they had Aero right where they wanted them and squeezed them for the deal that was most advantageous for them.
