I continue to stand by what I posted. We're watching a complete "Republican Meltdown". I understand frustration and experience such daily myself. Yet. Where are his solutions? He's doing a really good job identifying serious problems, yet he doesn't provide viable solutions. Simply working people up isn't a long term solution.
When, and if, Donald Trump begins to present VIABLE solutions to problems he continues to identify, THEN and ONLY THEN will I take him seriously.
Let's see how many "thumbs down" I get this time.
And he is in 3rd or 4th place....depending on poll. Jeb has lots of finance and connections with the
RINO Republican establishment, so that is a serious threat to his candidacy --- Clinton is NOT.
It is really is incredible how Macy management completely brought this crash upon themselves. Instead of backing up Trump, they wanted to support illegal immigration, drugs, rape, and crime. On top of that, they refused to support the first amendment. Shame on Macy's. Is this management smoking crack? Really, I could see this company buried in a shallow grave.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
TJX rises after reporting strong 2Q results, lifting outlook
Target (TGT) Stock Price Target Increased at BMO
CEOS liberal agenda has sure cost macy's stock holders. Stores here are vacant
Really? REALLY? Really? Is there more than one person at Macy's? Are there operations folks? Any sales associates? Any buyers? Some store managers? A board? (ok, that one is a stretch) Every reference was I. WOW!
Every possession was I!
Clearly there is no team at Macy's.
No wonder their performance is significantly inhibited by there still being a Federated team, a Macy's team, and May team all fighting each other with 3 conflicting strategies. The result is an overwhelming negative emotional impediment to a professional operation. It's been over 20 years since Federated bought Macy's and this type of unprofessional management style is just the tip of the iceberg the essence of which is a deeply political disaster that stifles any original thought or innovation and fosters insane levels of dysfunction. To clarify Lundgren has for over 20 years fermented a culture of rewarding and promoting primarily those that are in lock step with his every hint and whim while also contributing to a negative, hostile, "pile on" mentality to degrade those that innovate, negotiate, take risks, or aggressively pursue business. Most initiatives are developed by outside consultants of the day and void of commitment, ownership, and emotion by even "top" management.
Proof? The death keel for retail is always the "unlocking" of real estate value when there is nothing else left.
Further Proof? Look up the past $ per square foot productivity of most Macy's stores and many May Co. locations before they were bought by Macy's. Hint, ALL are down with many down 30% or more.
Perhaps the next CEO will get that Macy's needs to close at least half of the the current doors. It can happen as he/she can just blame Lundgren and crew
This stock is about to totally tank. The number of people turning in their cancelled Macys cards and vowing not to ever walk in theirs stores is accelerating. The Macy's CEO is a buffoon
