It simply does not make sense. The market can be really dumb at times. That is when patience needs to prevail.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Stay with one of the most successful oil companies in the world, or rely on these scammers.. Take your choice!
If it wasn’t for the guys over at Ultimate Stock Alerts (they are in Google, do a search) I don’t what I would do after NBL failed me
I don't follow Sanchez, but I have followed Parsley in the past and yesterday I swapped out of my ROSE (thank you, Noble!) for Parsley. Parsley hasn't needed to do a dilution and their acreage is very high-quality and oilier.
appreciate the response,
Didn't Sanchez Energy do secondary offerings both in 2013 and 2014? Given their current debt load, I'd be worried about being diluted by another offering while waiting for a potential oil rebound or takeout. Not saying your wrong, its just that Sanchez is to over levered for my tastes.
What about Carrizo? Listened to Carrizo's last few calls. it struck me that as a takeover candidate they would be intriguing , because you could buy them for the Eagleford and Niobrara oily exposure and then spin out, swap, or sell the Utica and Marcellus gassy portions of the property to defray the costs. Balance sheet looks good.
MNGA is about to boost revenues because it’s just got a major order for its MagneGas® which will be used by one of America’s major transportation companies.
MNGA deserves full attention right now. Why? The company has just received an order for its acetylene replacement, MagneGas®. And its RSI just hit 64!
I owned ROSE so I'm new to Noble and don't know a lot about it. But I agree with you that the shale drillers are a buy now. I listened to the Sanchez Energy call and they are talking well costs down to $4.5 million on a 6k foot lateral. Necessity is the mother of invention and the oil patch is learning how to do more with less. I don't understand the bizarre selloff in Noble. Rose has good assets, and right now Noble is pricing in a 10% equity dilution with ZERO assets added. Regardless of what one thinks of ROSE or this deal, but their assets aren't worthless. Buy it.
