look at ADAT then, similar case coming off lows, insiders and institutional investors just invested. Think both BLIN and ADAT will do well in 2015
yes i saw that report but you need company people to support it also, that will be the tip off when to get in.
that anyone wants. They would have been profitable and stable by now. They keep coming up with stories of the Apps yet other than a few isolated sales there is nothing really there.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
I’m still under the premise that PFSW eb has been actively pursuing Bridgeline. I’m more encouraged having listened and read (see seeking alpha transcript) to PFSWeb’s conference call. Management (PFSW) spoke extensively about acquisitions (plural) and implied that deals were essentially done and would be announced in the near term. They did speak about targets being in the private space but left a wide opening for a public company opportunity. (I believe they deliberately masked referring to a public company )
L’Oreal is high on both their respective client lists. Therefore they have at least an indirect association and are aware if not knowledgeable of each other.
A few Quotes from Seeking Alpha transcript for PFSW
“We are focused on businesses that will enhance our agency and technology services, and which will expand the number of e-Commerce platforms we can support…”
“And potential acquisitions will further enable us to some other platforms as well as enhance our competitiveness across all leading platforms”.
So it’s very important that we, in most cases, bring all of the management team over as well as all the professional talent, and combine that with our current capabilities, particularly as we’re looking at system integrators that have additional platform practices. But we don’t have that platform practice at all today.
“I think we have a limited ability to engage on those small opportunities with an end-to-end model but we have better opportunity to engage on those small to mid-size opportunities once we’ve evolved the model to include other platforms and additional professional services.”
Stated - that Revenue of about 25 million (for one of the opportunities)
Stated - Offshore presence (Blin has subsidiary in India)
Stated - Platforms (i-apps & I-appsds)
Stated – growing opportunities in the technology and agency services side and they stated that they would be evolving the business model with aid of acquisitions
The problem is they have promised in the past and failed to deliver. And their balance sheet suggests that they will be back to the market looking for more money in the not too distant future.
If they deliver what they promise then it is worth the wait. A buy at the current level.
Clearly more grow to be expected, but their balance is borderline.
Got any predictions for the quarter? Any possibility of break even cash flow?
Lower Revenues YOY
LOTS of "Directors" getting shares and $$$
Asking for more shares for options ( how many reprices can you have)?
By any metrics, its a POS, that needs to be sold, and put out of its misery....
They have had plenty of time to prove their frankenstien business model....does not work....
Sometimes on these boards you are forced to point out the obvious.
