Nobody has been held accountable. Miller was leaving in one week when Obama asked him to leave one week early. Nobody was fired. Lois Lerner on paid adminstrative leave (free vacation) without using her vacation leave. Crimes were committed and people need to be fired and prosecuted (do prison time)
