One thing changed since that article: met coal price (even at the time of the article, the author used outdated price). It was written during Q2 when benchmark was $172 (which was 145 later in Q3 and $152 in Q4)
ACI mgmt on the latest conf call (I think in Q&A section) mentioned that Leer will fetch $95 in current $152 benchmark environment. They also said that cash margins will be $65. So this means that Leer will bring $90 mill EBITDA, considering 3 mill tons production, with current pricing and just over $100 mill if benchmark 2016 will average at $160. Note that benchmark price is for Australian met coal (HCC).
To get $225 mill EBITDA/year benchmark should be at $195

The Patriot Act defines domestic terrorism as activities intended to "intimidate or coerce a civilian population; to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion." By that definition, are not the Greenies attempting to intimidate the government of the United States with threats to destroy the coal industry of America by using the coercive power of specious climate change arguments?
Enviro-Nazis should rounded-up and hung for treason. If they think CO2 is a cause for global warming , they should commit suicide!!
