I think the judge had a trial on her calendar this week and next week. Will check to see if it is still happening. If so... we may have a wait on her ruling. If not, it should come quickly.
Sock it to me!
No sellers here. What always amazes me is the same people who are sitting on their hands at $1.20 will be the ones eagerly buying at $1.50 when it starts to run. Go figure.
Shouldn't take too long:

Total Time in Court: 2:04.
And now we wait. Just one piece of the puzzle. Many more positive developments in the next month or two are on the way... IMO.
I think the Judge is writing an amazing document that is going to end all the wasted time. You would think that it would be submitted today sometime!!! The other Pacer update seems to prove that they were advertising exactly what Finjan invented years ago!!! Exploiting a product idea that they were utilizing without permission!!!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
=There is a Pacer update About BlueCoat website add promoting it's technology
Is that in the second lawsuit? I'm still waiting for docket entry 538 in the first lawsuit where they had the hearing last week. 5:13-cv-03999-BLF Finjan, Inc. v. Blue Coat Systems, Inc.

Very interesting we still don't have a pacer update. There are a lot of irons in the fire. It is going to be a domino effect when the court cases begin settling and the license agreements get announced. This is going to be a great ride the next couple months. Hope I can fight the urge to sell too soon when the momentum begins.
Yesterday's hearing not on pacer yet. That makes me think there is some redacting going on first. The amounts they are receiving may be redacted so it doesn't give too much information to companies involved in other lawsuits against them.
The tiny volume shows nobody wants to sell other than the few suckers you always see who sell right before a big pop.
There were many new docket entries in the Proofpoint case overnight. Still hoping that settles next month instead of going to trial in June, but they are covering all bases and going forward competently as if there will be a trial.
This still amazes me that more aren't following this. Just sell out to Cisco or Intel for $100M which is 4X current market cap. The IP portfolio is worth that much.

ORDER MOVING HEARING ON POST-TRIAL MOTIONS TO 2 P.M. ON APRIL 28, 2016. Signed by Judge Beth Labson Freeman on 4/13/2016. (blflc3S, COURT STAFF) (Filed on 4/13/2016)
Any guesses on how much pre-trial and post-trial interest plus attorney's fees are going to add to the $39.5M judgment against Blue Coat? This could be an extra $5M - $10M added on Thursday. I'm going to average down this week and look for a nice pop the end of the week.
I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty good at reading court documents. Blue Coat hasn't put forth much of a defense and looks like they just played a stall game and this judge does not like them. It took the jury only 6 hours of deliberations to award the $39.5M after a two week trial and in my opinion Finjan will be awarded interest and fees.
Once the interest begins accruing, perhaps a payment schedule will be forthcoming and a settlement to the second lawsuit against them.
Amazing nobody is talking about this. Any opinions out there from those who have followed it longer?
I saw a small cost for promotion lasting 3 days. What is your source for promotions of over $100K?
By the way... I agree totally with the small amount for the 3-day promotional campaign. This story is too good and needed some more attention. They were trading under a buck and in danger of getting "the letter" from NASDAQ. The promotion was much better than doing a reverse split to get the price up.
This is NOT your everyday pump & dump or you would not see 80% institutional ownership and it would have made new lows by now. I also disagree with your assertion they are running out of cash. They have received millions in payments in the near past with more scheduled in the coming months. They have enough cash to see through the current legal activity. I believe there were some post-trial motions regarding the close to $40M judgment in their favor that are being ruled on the 28th. That verdict alone is much more than their current market cap and they have a lot more in the pipeline.
Some of the day-traders might be disappointed if they bought on the run up, but there is what could be VERY good news the end of this week and there should be favorable guidance with earnings in a few weeks. This won't be a forever wait and there are multiple possible events in the next month or two that could double the price overnight.
This is one of my more interesting speculative plays and I am looking forward to watching it play out.
Yup. It was filed Friday:

Stipulation and Proposed Order
STIPULATION WITH PROPOSED ORDER Joint Proposed Schedule filed by Finjan, Inc.. (Hannah, James) (Filed on 4/15/2016)
Is there really nobody discussing this stock or is it SO GOOD that those in the know are trying to keep it under the radar? I'm not seeing the near-term downside, but always willing to listen to the contrarian viewpoint if there is something I'm missing at first glance.
There are some very real milestone dates built in now and it won't take long for this to become better known.
Trial date was due in the Symantec case on Friday. Thought they would have a PR announcing it before open today. Anybody check PACER? Haven't used my account for awhile. Guess I will need to start following their cases more closely.
Symantec could very well be their next big settlement and the blueprint for licensing agreements with all the others.
