Cytori Therapeutics Inc Message Board

Several years ago, these ran about a dollar cheaper than actual shares. The closer we get to the 2014 expiration date, the value separates further and further from share price. I don't really understand how these work, but shouldn't they be getting closer and closer to share price?

Any advice from anyone on these? Very cheap right now.
