That chair used to sell like hot cakes when it would go on sale, we'd bulk stack it out and almost sell out. Searching "gibson" on OD's website won't bring up the chair, but I remember the sku was 105479, that still brings up the image and description.
Underground Stock Alerts* (google em) just came out with a detailed report on ODP today - I recommend any fellow shareholders here sign up immediately and wait for the next update, last time they alerted a stock as a buy it went up 1350%, and last two times they put out sell ratings the stocks dove over 75% - don't be the last to know and get screwed, I learned my lesson on their AAPL sell alert, and GOOG buy alert sub $300
I figure they will use that announcement as the "reason" for another shtiy earnings report next quarter.
Justa, Hope all is well... Good points... I know Staples report was #$%$, but geez take ODP down over ,50 cents is a joke... I thought maybe just maybe, we were making a slow comeback.... If we can get to this $7.00, I will most likely dump finally, take the loss and righjt off against my gains. Four years and three months later as of now, tired of ODP and no one cane tell me just be paitent because the highest it came back was $6.10 and we cannot even break $6.00..
I'm always on the look out for positive & inspirational sites and I'm so glad to have found this - you're doing a great job, keep it up
i recommend this to everyone....this is so cool', just get half of my profits' and its getting better and better, Thank You!
Hey guys, checking in up $92k this month trading ODP, I get my stock alerts from flashmarket research (google em). Saw an analyst recommend them on CNBC and have been using them ever since, currently long right now in my portfolio.
Credit Suisse seems to think it would be a good idea, and that it would be possible given the wording made about the O.D./O.M. merger. There would be one office supply retailer remaining to fight it out with Amazon and the others. The few companies that I am associated with in this area still get most of their supplies from O.D or Staples. Nobody wants to walk around a 40 acre building to find paper, pencils, or other things that they need NOW. I think one more merger would be very interesting. :)
Two upgrades this month: Credit Suisse and Goldman with a price target of $7.00
Tsk Tsk Tsk. You are wrong. Office Depot is the ONLY company int he entire country that pays as little as they can get by with to their employees. :) .... I couldn't type that without laughing. :)
You ever set foot in any other business boca? Like Wallmart or McDonald's or Target or Burger King or JC Penny's... They all hire dirt cheap labor. It is the American way.
