That would be me....I suppose $27.99 would make you right but I still think it's unlikely. Look what's happened in the last few weeks......guidance raised last earnings call, decent buyback announced, selling of non strategic asset for $175M gain...and yesterday I saw the new Forbes magazine with investment ideas for 2014 where they mention four companies in the energy sector....yep, Quanta is one of them. So yes, this has been a disappointing start to December but far more positives than negatives for this company.
so what's the negatives you see here ? I bought recently, and was a bit surprised to see the rapid drop in price the last week.
My timing has never been that great :)

It bounced off $29.60 three times today so good luck waiting on $27. We're also up $4 in the last six or eight weeks so giving back a dollar is to be expected.
Within 4-6 weeks after announcing, the previous 3 qtrs., stock dropped approx. 10% - PWR now down 3% since latest release. I'll start my buying of PWR in the 27 range.
I wrote an email to IR couple years ago urging them to start a small dividend and received no response. It would be nice if they shared a third of the profits with shareholders instead of buying a company each quarter while the share price does very little.
Looking at a the 1 year chart you could have bought and sold PWR over and over again. PWR was in the member's section on ChannelingStocksdotcom website. They show you how to buy and sell the same stock over and over again
