KMM has formed a classic "W" bottom pattern combined with break through its 200 day average is very bullish. Stock now headed for $9 before regrouping for while. If you haven't bought in yet, now is the time for dividend income and price appreciation. FED will continue to raise interest rates, which is good for KMM.
As we can see this has not done much for the stock price in the past. Who benefits? I would rather see the declining dividend increased than the buybacks, but I am talking to myself on this board. I have many thousands of shares and only due to the duration of holding has it been ok. Otherwise I would be pretty #$%$ at the performance of this management.
