Save for Cisco, it looks like their extra sale in Q1 came from front-loading the distributor network. Remember the Needham conference and an implied suggestion by Quinn Bolton (sp) about it? Which is why their Q2 guidance is so bad.
Save for news of a buyout, if that is in the cards, I don't think anything meaningful will come out of it. The management, as always, will have great spin how they are turning the company around. All the investors need to do is sit back and wait for inevitable profitability. Zack's predicts it will come in 2017!
(Anadigics) "number of greater-than-10% customers has proliferated from just two a year ago (Samsung and Huawei) and three last quarter (adding Asia-Pacific distributor Alltek Technology Corp) to five now (including Cisco and Asia-Pacific distributor Long Trump Corp)."
In May 2015...we reduced our workforce by approximately 25 employees (that should take them to 125) ...and anticipate recording approximately $0.6 million of restructuring charges during the second quarter of 2015....with a view to achieving annualized savings of approximately $4.5 million.
Forget the others; these guys are the real deal. I am up 600% thanks to Ultimate Stock Alerts (look them up in Google)
Have you ever tried to figure out how much you lost in possible gains by having your monies tied up in this dog?
SWKS up 57%, ANAD up 11% since then.
"I understand your frustration now. You exited ANAD about a month ago @ .85. You bot some SKWS then with your profits. I just did the one month comparison chart. WOW!! ANAD is Up 40%, while your SKWS is DOWN 1.5%. I think you made a bad move and now you have to live with it cause you won't admit you were wrong. So on that note, good luck with your SKWS and please quit embarrassing yourself with all those meaningless posts you make here on ANAD. Go Long, Stay Strong!! "
Who made a bad move and who is embarrassing himself, you simpleton you? I was always saying how ANAD is liable to crash badly, which SWKS will not do.
Yes, A_Jessica87, I came to the same conclusion about ANAD investors a while ago. They are pretty much a bunch of morons that vulchers (pump&dump krooks) dragged in with a promise of multibagger returns. While the vulchers pumps up the stock and then get out without advanced warning, and when the stock then craters these morons are left holding onto a nearly empty bag. Warning them that the runup was based on a lot of hot air, management's misinformation and manipulation and pump&dump schemes, for the most part has no affect. Instead of settling for a decent gain, they hold on and then, when the thing crashes, they are #$%$ off at those warning them instead of at those who cheated them. Morons will be morons. I do not feel sorry for them one iota.
