I've probably lost more money investing in Anadigics than most people on this board and I think the restructuring was a good thing and needed to be done. Focusing the R&D department in on specific areas is key. They can't compete trying to be everything to everybody.
I still think the company is 100 employees too many.
"Company doing $100M a year in revenue won't go under."
Incredible. Clearly have no history in reorgs. Worldcom? Enron? Dewey LeBoeuf?
"If they were private and were to go IPO right now the stock would probably be in the $3-4 range with $100M in revenue and creeping towards profit."
With no cash and losing money? I doubt it. A distressed investor might be willing to do a "take-under" but that is about it.
... strips down and causes a stir. ... That is why they are the "world leader" in RF industry. The best! No one even comes close to producing excitement they can.
That process typically takes 6 months to play out. Then if still under a buck they would likely reverse split the shares.
I feel bad for those losing their jobs and those of you who lost money on this.. I just started following today .. I got that Bain capital strategy..Your pain is my gain type of thing.. Gonna see how far it drops .. See if they have a plan .. see if I can get some cheap shares .. if there is a turn around then ..money can be made from this turd..
Well, he was taking ANAD's lies and propaganda for granted and adding some of his of speculations. Obviously ANAD lied and still, to this day today, keeps lying about their expected business. For example -- this about ANAD and not "Stock Doctor" -- how could they move to high-margin infrastructure chips only if now that business is only a small portion of ANAD's revenues. I have loads of proofs ANAD lies on regular basis and exaggerates about prospects of future business. Now, how about the new high-margin infrastructure, if that is the case, why would their competition not move it into it as well? ANAD is so much of a genius that they can beat those who ran them almost into BK in the handset side of business! ANAD's best hope is to sell the business to someone who knows how to run and make monies doing it. Otherwise, they are a gonner!
Oh, guess I didn't realize he was the author. Everyone knows the seeking alpha articles are written by investors that typically own shares or are shorting the stocks. Most prefer this because at least you're reading the articles of someone who is putting their own skin in the game. Basically, it's their reasoning for owning or shorting the stock.
I thought everyone knew about the Seeking Alpha's "Stock Doctor" who cover's ANAD among other stocks. The last article of his, basically a regurgitated ANAD Press Releases, caused a huge jump in ANAD's price a month or so ago. He is long on ANAD, therefore his peddling of ANAD's propaganda at a face value and then some! BTW, he is so sure about his write up that he keeps his identity hidden.
Company doing $100M a year in revenue won't go under. Either they will offer more stock or a private equity or strategic will purchase them. If they were private and were to go IPO right now the stock would probably be in the $3-4 range with $100M in revenue and creeping towards profit.
You are never wrong??? LOL Tell that to the people on the RDEN message board with the stock down today, not up as you guessed it would be

I told my client to buy low yesterday
As the market controler I will take the price up today
You can't win unless you know that Johnboy2680 is a sissy boy liar, penniless paper trading fraud and an attention seeking child
Only when key executives cut down their salary too., They enjoy a good life : 758K/ 441K/ 412K a year while this company is sinking. What is this Board doing? scratch each other's back?
Unless they come up with a WHOPPER of a contract. this probably may see .69 in a few days!!!!!!!Otherwise this will trade for sometime in the .70-.80 range.......
