Well, EBITDA minimums seem to be increased. Is that supposed to be good? The positive is that the bank still wants to lend them the monies.
Whole of ANAD's IP stays assigned to the bank as a collateral.
6. RATIFICATION OF IP AGREEMENT . Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and conditions of the IP Agreement, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the IP Agreement contains an accurate and complete listing of all Intellectual Property Collateral as defined in the IP Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect.
DEFINITION of 'Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization - EBITDA'
An indicator of a company's financial performance which is calculated in the following EBITDA calculation:
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA)
EBITDA is essentially net income with interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization added back to it, and can be used to analyze and compare profitability between companies and industries because it eliminates the effects of financing and accounting decisions.

As I said on May 22nd:
" Two stocks to look into: AMBA and OLED"
AMBA, then 83.26, now 109
OLED, not so great run up but it's coming, then 52.56, now 55.20
ANAD ~ 0.81
The Pump&Dump krooks, the FDV54320 and Gassy Moron nowhere to be found.
Here is the previous one:
Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
On August 11, 2014, ANADIGICS, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the staff (the “Staff”) of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) providing notification that, for the previous 30 consecutive business days, the bid price for the Company’s common stock had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has been provided an initial period of 180 calendar days, or until February 9, 2015, to regain compliance. If at any time before February 9, 2015, the bid price of the Company’s common stock closes at $1.00 per share or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, the Staff will provide the Company with written confirmation of compliance.
If the Company does not regain compliance with Rule 5550(a)(2) by February 9, 2015, the Company may be eligible for an additional 180 calendar days compliance period. To qualify, the Company would be required to meet the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for The Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and would need to provide written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period. However, if it appears to the Staff that the Company will not be able to cure the deficiency, or if the Company is otherwise not eligible, the Staff would notify the Company that its securities would be subject to delisting. In the event of such notification, the Company may appeal the Staff’s determination to delist its securities, but there can be no assurance the Staff would grant the Company’s request for continued listing.
Bash it on down to about 50 cents Nitwit, I wil make some more money off of it. You could to, if you had any gonads.
With historic high stock market index, this stock is quoting below a dollar. I believe this company is forced for a reverse split especially with foreseeable stock market correction.
If not split, only hope is buyout. But no sane investor rely on it.
Is that my turban-head friend with a new User ID? LOL
From what I remember you were saying you were in at about 0.80s. You are not doing as bad as some other fools on this board are.
Oy vey, indeed, but what did you expect from this pos company? To get rich?
I hope you are not in it too deep. I kept warning people that this whole run up was based on nothing but hot air, company disinformation and a lot of pumping. I guess you believed the wrong side. Where are the pumpers now? Not a single one of the Pump&Dump crooks is here to share your pain -- they simply pumped the stock, suckered a lot of people in, dumped it at the high and left the naive ones holding onto a nearly empty bag. Who you gonna believe next time?
Wrong. I got in at around .72 and sold out at between 1.30 - 1.35
Expecting to get back in below .70
That's what I was thinking too, but the Q2 will be just miserable, and most likely the rest of the year. it's a big question when this thing will go back up. The thing is, why take a risk here and wait for who knows how long, when you can make a lot of monies going with some other companies?
The higher the risk, the higher the gains/losses...
I am willing to risk $10k here, can afford some losses, specially after the previous trade, and considering that my other RF-holdings are doing well.
Talking of other companies, I just made a killing on AMBA. Pulled out today and will wait for a puillback on it. So, getting stuck in ANAD is sort of ridiculous, IMO, if you can make your money work for you. Besides, what was your profit on ANAD based on? Bunch of lies. You just lucked out in getting in and out at the right time. Where is Meriman now, after their $2.00 PT when ANAD was at ~ $1.50. They also said they'll but loads of aNAD SHARES, BUT i DO NOT SEE THEM YET AS INST INVESTORS. Sorry for the caps, don't feel like correcting accidental caps lock. So, Meriman was a lie too, paid for by the ANAD management.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!! .40's will come after that...........same worthless mgmt..............al their free shares will be worthless here shortly............rinse and repeat.............
Been on vacation and didn't check stocks. Glad I missed much of this latest rout! Waiting for the rest of the world to think this one is a great investment again!
