I htought that TNGO's collaborative efforts with SAP had already been publcized by the Company at earnings calls and such. Why is this announcement causing such a spike in the stock price?

This company has very good fundamentals and growth prospects. Unfortunately they are in the crosshairs of shady characters looking to profit from their short positions. I believe that tngo will be vindicated and bounce back sometime this year. Notice also, that all of the analysts have confirmed their price targets.
