Well they are not really a CSO anymore (no profit) and they are out of the marketing services business so they are apparantly a diagnostics company. Which they know nothing about.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Sorry I upset you,
I was just trying to be helpful. Since YOU brought up Insider Buying in FEBRUARY
I thought you might be interested in learning something about the form 4 that is filed when transactions like these occur.
You said in February there was Insider Buying. All I did was recommend you check your work and I also INFORMED YOU HOW TO DO THAT.
WHAT WAS SO UPSETTING ABOUT THAT???
It doesn’t sound like you did.
BTW you could also go to SECFORM4 (free if you have the symbol already, which you do) See how they report the February transactions YOU talked about. The site also lets you view the the Form 4 re each transaction. You might want to read them.
Just trying to be helpful
your telling me insiders are not buying???....where the hell did you come from......left field ?????
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You may want to check your work. Just do a search for Form 4 codes.
You can learn the difference between the letter A in the transaction code box
and the letter P in the same box.
"Under performance" is the kindest possible way to say it. My worry here is that PDII management doesn't really know how to run a modern diagnostics company, and that by the time they figure it out (if ever), they'll be completely out of money.
the guidance looked good here......the bod is turning the ship slowly but surely.....it would be nice to have it happen faster, but things are improving and thats the key.....
Time to update the cash crash:
2006 $115 million
2008 $ 90
2009 $ 73
2010 $ 62
2011 $ 64
2012 $ 53
The PR says operating loss of $17 to $19 million. Not sure exactly how that translates to cash loss, but I'm guessing there will be less than $10 million left by year-end 2015. I don't recall the exact amount that was borrowed, maybe $20 million. I'm guessing they're going to sell everything but the diagnostics businesses in order to raise money. In that way, they'll be a "high growth, high margin" business which can raise money on better terms.
Years ago this company did a great job. AZ had the Nexium and Atacand contracts. But now it is a joke.
