Yes, it did a 1:6 R/S last October which was painful enough. And now a 1:10 R/S followed by a 15% decline in PPS. Sickening....
There is no bottom for this POS. Didn't it have a reverse split last year because its value had fallen below $1? The latest split lifts the share value to $10. Not to worry, it will be back down to $1 or lower before you know it. Somebody needs to end the misery and put this dog to sleep. What a loser!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Mine showed up this morning at Schwab under the new EPRS ticker. With the price of EPRS at $11.48 we are down slightly from the pre-split, but less than 3%.
Good luck going forward!
I'm guessing they figured out 19% based on a factor like cash equivalents and figured the reverse split would bring us to the 19% ownership?? I'm really not sure either, but it's done now. Cash should roughly be the same.
My 6000 shares went to 600 shares still holding same value. Wish there was not a R/S, would have made some $$. 10:1 or 1:10 kept my value the same as when it was ZLCS. Hopefully this stock will reach $30 this year. will watch this closely
Yea this is true man. I would have to have EPRS hit 30$ to break even. Before the split it would have only needed to hit 3$ from 1$ and now it has to go 10- 30. Tough #$%$ man. Holdin this garbage for a tax break.
No. 19% of EPRS doesn't affect you at all man. That's only for the ZLCS management their stake is 19% of Epirus as the company. We still have the same amount of shares turned into 1 for 10 split.
Unless you average down you will need the PPS of the new company to be quite high to even break even. You will still have $3500 loss but with way less shares to go back up!
Slugger: Well this has been a Grateful Dead event, "What a long strange ride this has been". In the end it was the worst tail kicking I ever had in the market, thank God for the chippers or I'd be dumpster diving each night, LOL.
I'm going to stick with WYY as my wild card and see how bad I can mess that one up. The good looking blonde is researching Psychiatrists for me, she's convinced therapy is the only route for me.
When you get a chance pop in over there once in a while.
Back to the lake the fishing is great the catching not so good.
