CTLE aims to bite a bigger chunk out of the projected $26 billion a year nanotechnology sector in the US. Globally the sector is expected to reach $1.9 trillion by 2045
Can't do much about the days rolling into labor day weekend, but we should see a burst of volume come next week...
hang in there and enjoy the holiday....
No Problem. Trying to get some decent information out here to base a decision off of instead of hearsay. I like the stock repurchase plan and hopefully the new marketing services will be a good cross selling business to existing clients as well as prove to be a viable revenue stream. I could definitely see the financials improve substantially when the new line catches on. Possibly even see an uptick this QTR or Y/E. I'd say this stock will be somewhere between 5.45-6 coming into Y/E. We were at a ~4.50 foot for the past couple weeks and starting to see some movement back up. Need some good press to get this back in everyone's mind.
Long term view, I'm staying as a strong buy now and will see what happens over the next 6-8 months before I make my next move.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
thanks for posting, WTK. still have a loose grip on my shares. time has a way of making it stronger. rigor mortis?
3) Insider buying: The Company has been buying its own stock for almost two years. Our Board of directors authorized an $18M share repurchase program in late 2012. You can see the press release about this authorization via this link. As such, in FY 2013 we purchased $5M of stock through our the share repurchase program. And as of June 30, 2014 the Company has purchased $3M of its stock this year. The Company believes that buying its stock is a wise use of its cash and beneficial to shareholder value.
I hope I have addressed your questions.
I can be reached at 781-434-6190 if you would like to discuss this further.
VP Investor Relations and Corporate Development
here is the response I received from Ms. Buda at Lionbridge. I'm going to have to break it in half to fit.
Thank you for your investment in Lionbridge. I will attempt to answer your questions and concerns as best I can via email, although a phone call may be useful as well.
1) Revenue growth over the past few years: In FY 2012 and FY 2013 we grew approximately 7% year over year. This solid growth was driven by our strategy of adding new services to existing clients and securing new business with clients in new vertical markets. This growth of revenue related to new services and new vertical markets was offset partially by flat to declining revenue with some clients in our technology sector. Our strategy going forward is to expand on the success of our new services (in particular marketing services) and to continue to secure new business in vertical markets outside of the tech sector.
2) Insider selling: Management receives stock as part of their compensation. Much of this stock compensation is “performance based” – meaning that if the Company does not achieve certain metrics (revenue growth, profit growth etc.) the stock will not vest. Our equity grants are in line and, in many cases, below the practices of other companies of our size. Sometimes the insider “selling” that is reported is actually remittances of stock to cover tax obligations associated with stock vesting – and are not open market sales. Other insider sales reported are usually part of 10b51 programs that are set up well in advance and have certain time parameters associated with it (i.e. monthly or quarterly). Stock grants are viewed as compensation and many of these managers use the proceeds to fund personal needs such as college tuitions.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
BZZZZZZZZZZZ........maybe she will respond after a few more annoyances...
I agree that we are at the bottom, but you never know where this stock may go. Hopefully it goes up again with some momentum, but there are still a good amount of shorts hanging around. Hoping that they get burnt, but only time will tell. I have some faith that this will go up and still long on the stock.
Good luck longs
radio silence still. just sent her a kind follow-up to see if I get a bite, otherwise, becoming an annoyance usually works
Will do. I am just a disgruntled as you are. I've had 20k sitting there making me no money for a while, with haven't had a prospect of gain for a while. I'll get a response, even if I have to be the fly buzzing around her head till I get an answer. Done it before and have no problem doing it again.
On the bright side, could sell it off at Y/E if you need to reduce my cap gains for taxes.
keep you posted...
thanks, WTK. i am a disgruntled long. have held way too long and still holding. think i'd learn, eh? lemme know if they even reply. i ain't got a huge stake but it is one of my largest holdings.
