I'm not looking for a 'sure thing' There are far better opportunities out there than this nothing of a company. If they don't make an announcement soon about mine financing, they better sell the asset to someone who can
"that's not how investing works. why would you ever buy something today without being reimbursed?"
huh? why are you investing in the market then? there's no such thing as a sure thing. buy your dividend stocks and money market accounts...
Back in Jan., Greg appointed Endeavour Financial Limited (Cayman) ("Endeavour") as our exclusive adviser with respect to negotiating and structuring strategic partnerships and off take agreements, and raising debt financing. Does anyone know if we are paying them by the week, or month? Or do we only pay them for results? And how much do we pay them?
Agree, I lost respect for Greg after each phone call was the same song and dance..over and over. I knew then it was a RED FLAG, especially after he danced around salaries and compensation based on what Northern was not doing. Just burning cash...
I Had been in Northern since 2012...have seen the rinse and repeat from Greg over and over...just come out with another PR study as he continues to draw a nice paycheck. Always excuses and BS, never about taking the padlock off the mine, and actually getting graphite to market...or at least making some progress. PRs are always about new studies and never really address Bissett, utilities, manpower, financing, equipment. The pump PR that went out last summer that ran it up to the 1.30 range was just that...PUMP.
that's not how investing works. why would you ever buy something today without being reimbursed? might as well buy that thousand shares in a few years for the same price then. It's not like they're getting more expensive. It's like saying your going to bet it all on black, and walk away for a few years then come and see what happens...
This is a stock to put away for years. Like betting on the final four. Ive got only about a thousand shares but it could be worth 100 fold in a few years.. Ive had other long shot stocks which I gave up on and sold only to see them soar in a few years.
Then some company is making money. NOT Northern. The property has a padlock on the gate and getting older and older. But Greg continues to draw a nice paycheck..
More Greg BS Fluff PR out today. Wash rinse and repeat. Same old shti. More about the studies and not enough about opening the gate at Bissett. I can't believe they mentioned the Cat financing from 2013, I am sure Cat has told them to take a hike by now.
well, i have a small part (very small) of my investment money earmarked for potential stratospheric gains in off-the-grid stocks. this being one of them. if you want something safe look elsewhere. graphite and graphene have huge potential future applications. i'm patient.
