well, either those activist guys selling and getting out with a loss or they, having 3.6%, picking up more as AGM looms and jittery hands dump ... hope for the latter because they bought much higher and they are quite wealthy and having a long term objective. Don't you think so?
Hope he has or will in the short order as someone determined is picking up more that 1% of the float every day !
u mean actually getting on the board because a lot of people didnt get to vote for them unless the voted online.
I think they will win the seats and kick out those BOD rats and Mr. Berlin, and will prevent the further looting of the company's coffers by those s.bags .. I think the data is in already, well so I hope!
There is something huge and ugly brewing here like a major shakeup and shareholders rebellion ..this sudden crash tells volumes .. Sure Berlin deserves a pay rise right after he explains which index of dead bio stocks he is proud to compare his outstanding work to!
what and whom are you talking about? Are you implying that someone (3.6% owner?) is bottom fishing deliberately crashing the pps to scoop at the bottom .. ?
No volume all morning and in the last hour we have selling and a 5% decline. What did we miss? Wait, I know... all of the market averages are up and that is a sure sell signal for ROSG.
Let's see... $500K / $3 per share = 167K of shares. That is about 2 1/2 days of average volume. If the price and volume keep going down, he'll be able to buy a whole week's volume before long. Of course we'd be happy if he just bought 1 hour of average volume.
A total deadlock in anticipation of the AGM .. spooky sheet. Wonder whether you people got the updated proxy card with items 9-11 and voted, or called your broker to have him vote for you??
A very close friend of mine that works for a genetics test provider tells me that if insurance does not cover the test only the super rich can afford them. That being said until the insurance industry gets on board and covers the cost, most if not all companies trying to profit from them will fight hard to profit. Medicare will cover under certain instances only. Still I feel this still is worth the long term investment and will keep a position with ROSG because this is the future of medicine.
We need an update on all of the working agreements. Most sound like no more than one employee involved. More like a shotgun approach rather than focused marketing. Again, advice or leadership from AlixPartners, BCG, Accenture, or someone could mean a lot.
Apparently during your absence from the board, you haven't kept up with the news either. There are growing "viable sales" (whatever that means.. that they can live outside the womb?), and a growing market for their tests. Best you check out again if you aren't prepared to offer a serious analysis.
