  • with the beginning of summer the enthusiasm for jones is near the lowest ever. well done. well done. you have a derivative and inferior me too product for every application. super good job. 33 cents. you dont understand a single thing about soda still. depending on labels, photos, giveaways, promotions. not a care in the world about the products that are making billions for small entrepreneurs. breweries being bought out for hundreds of millions left and right as craft and organic explode. but you know that millennials are unhealthy, unsophisticated morons who will buy colored, preserved, chemical laden soda because it has a photo of a dog on it. like whoopass. same assumptions. stripped. ooh a sex reference. lets sell that to kids too. its a pun. ooh we are so entertaining. we just cannot sell soda. so congratulations for keeping the lobby decorated.

Jones low margin model has been the Death of Jones , JC and all the other CEOs hands were tied , The more they spend to try and grow the Company the more they lost.

Hind Sight when jones had 30m in PIPE , they could of brought production in house and easily doubled margins , no dilution or cash burn.. and then grow the company ..

when the operating expenses was at 5m Jones told investors they could not cut operational expenses any more or they would not be able to grow top line revs,
JC cut 1m out of that 5m expense

JC is dismantling the infrastructure needed to grow the company, to make the numbers look good in hopes someone will save them again

Jones is running on fumes again and will be out of cash soon , that's why no one is buying

    Jones days are numbered ...

No I was referring to the Q1result's. It's obvious from the trading volume after the release that those with real positions either missed the news or checked somewhere to see if they were for real. Once that was established they are now acting. Yesterday's trading was more than twice the volume of the first two days combined after the Release.

If you stay tuned you will see more than the usual volume flowing out. It starts right after the West Coast folk shake off their sleep.

having read the shareholders report, it appears jen still is lost. she should be cfo. she should not be doing what she is doing. however the "board" is off eating pizza somewhere. there is no hope at this point with clowns at the controls. it is astonishing. there is also no longer a seasonal pattern here. the performance is that bad. this q and next should show slight profit (maybe 50 grand or some nonsense at 0 cents per share, with jen crowing how she cut expenses, but flat sales - investor nightmare. no growth, no interest in the brand, despite the rah rah love #$%$ from cue. this should not be public. it might then be profitable for an owner operator without the compliance work and accounting.

Watson...I believe he's probably referring to the fact that we are in 2Q 2015 now, and the last report was 1Q. You are just a quarter off.....although, whatever quarter it is, I'm not impressed so far!

THe products are possibly innovative. The packaging is in need of a total makeover, in my humble opinion.

I bought a 30 calorie jones soda lemon lime three days ago in a tourist spot in Seattle. 30 calories was attractive. THe bottle was easy to open, the labelling was good but not astounding (I'm worried they have to change their entire logo and look at least part of the time). THe flavor was a bit artificial at first, but got better. At 30 calories though, it was a winner. I don't own this stock but am watching it. I'd say the drink was more positive an indicator than negative, for what its worth, which is probably nothing. That said, I think they have to change their look to get a new audience of younger people. The low calorie angle was decent though.

What is there about this stock and "Speculative Gamble" that you don't understand? The way you carry on about how they how they haven't done this this or that you'd think sensible folks around here have put this stock out as the next best thing to sliced bread.

It's a penny stock that could, if the work of the past two years pans out, reap big percentage gains for those who can afford to take the risk. If not they better be able, if they're wrong, to accept the loss.

ah, here is where you and jen disagree. she wants to show a profit. desperately she does. and she will too. this quarter. ti will not be a penny, but it will be a small profit. that way she can put it on her resume when she leaves. there is no chance of sustained increases in sales at this point in time. i am not being negative, just realistic. she could have done a n y t h i n g with jones. instead we get another fiat promotion. we get a woman saying how crazy canada is for the product (at gross sales of 200k per month!! last q). huh? 200k per month in gross revenue in all of canada? after how many years of sales? this is so sad. if it were profitable then you are looking at 20k per month profit. its a decent job in toronto at a bank for a 30 year old. this is vaunted and beloved jones soda? we need someone who is #$%$ off at the numbers, not proud. not proud of flat yoy sales after so much work. i personally think that walmart is not going to continue stocking a product like jones with no marketing support and no growth. it is not what they do.

Well written, and I really can't argue with it. All I will say, is I wish that Reed would have offered more for JSDA back then, and maybe, together, Both Jones and Reed would be kickin it. For no more staff than jsda has, they appear to be making a small come back. It's not the ramp up all here want to see, the huge revenue runup, just steady strides. I for one like what I see, and believe it or not, I'm seeing product in stores that discontinued it years ago, for distrbuition problems. It is just possible, that Jones might show some moderate improvement this ear. I don't care as much about showing a huge profit, I want to see a steady increase in revs. Sooner the better.

dude, i guess the stock trading in the toilet is not enough indication of the failed mess that is this company? you think this is a success? three years of turnaround and sales are still falling? really?? less than a million a month in a market of 350,000,000 people? i know real estate offices that do that with a couple people AND THEY MAKE A PROFIT. jones will be profitable this quarter though. flat sales and maybe $10,000 in profit. so jenclue can take a $20k bonus home at 3pm and hike with her retriever. soda is so so hard of a business. damn dude chris reed is doing 20% yoy and he lives in a VW bus and thinks its 1969. jen needs to hit a rock climbing wall with her norwegian spaniel retriever and think why childrens soda isnt selling so well despite the inclusion of real sugar. MOM!!! ITS REAL SUGAR!!! DONT YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS???

your figures do not take into account the exchange rate fluctuation. To bad you look at your equation through glasses that are blurred.
