Holy Methuselah! I wrote here instead of hear, should have proof read. Now Drod the genius is going to slam me for being inarticulate. Balls! I sure miss ole' Amln's sarcasm and wit. Not to mention his level headed comments regarding drug mechanisms. Doofusdummy too!
Why aren't you eating these?
"Please cite where this "free recording" of the previous hearing before the Supremes can be retrived. Would be glad to eat my words ."
I told you where you can here the oral arguments in front of the Supremes for free, you should eat.
As far as court transcripts we realize we will have to pay LexisNexis or the like. Of course, we can always get free rants from your dear friend Drod.
Folks....Let's try and get this oral argument recordings issue straight..
The case has been remanded back to the Chancery Court and Judge Parsons by the Supreme Court to further determine the extent and method of damages to PIP in conformity with the findings and rulings of the Delaware Supreme Court. In a Supreme Court proceeding the Court will normally allow oral arguments, but not evidentiary testimony.
Judge Parsons has the option to make a new ruling on damages by using only the trial record as it presently stands before him, plus the written and oral arguments of both counsels, or, he could expand that to include the opening up of the proceedings to include new testimony, and experts, by both parties, on the issue of damages. In such event it would amount to a new "quasi" trial on the issue of damages, but not liability.
The Supreme Court oral arguments are generally recorded for public replays. I do not believe on-going Chancery Court proceedings and testimony are generally recorded for public replay. They are of course recorded on site by a Court reporter.
I listened to it again today. It is on the Delaware state courts web page under SUPREME COURT ORAL ARGUMENTS AUDIO RECORDINGS it is on January 10 2013. Should have asked Drod, he knows everything. He is a genius. He and Mo are going to get together.
saint, you're probably right....likely has to do with something like that. I don't think anyone is suddenly acquiring huge blocks of SIGA after hours on a friday due to some sudden change in value or strategy.
Or, maybe it's Parsons relatives.
Not sure about that. Perhaps that's why they schedule the re-balance of the indexes when they do. But I know for sure that the index we were dropped from was going to have it's adds and deletions done by Monday 12/23.
I could be wrong but don't all in the money options still open automatically exercise after the close on the Friday prior to expiration? That would account for heavy volume after hours....
That was me one2many....I might as well feed your and Mo's paranoid minds. I'm completely messing with the stock price.
Wonder how the hearing went? Probably uneventful and against SIGA's favor as usual. Rose has the anti-midas touch.
