When you take a write down against goodwill. That's how. They made .18eps last quarter without the write down.
Cmls beats analysts projections in every election year. With all the GOPs left, they will be spending a lot of money...Rubio is just starting to spend money and the other hopefuls will spend every dollar their PACs raise. This means they absoultely will be spending a lot of money on radio adverts. Lets not forget presidential pacs spend more and more every on the presidential race. 2016 will be a great year for CMLS, what happens afterwards depends on Mary's guidance and smart planning.
the 150mil from sale of tower will ensure no BK. That coupled with 3.6 years means no BK.
They will sell most of next years air time by the end of december this year so you shouldn't worry about a downturn in 2016. With political spending that will no doubt be a lot this year (there will remain a large GOP field until june) I am betting heavily that CMLS will beat every analyst projection in every qtr for 2016. Plus they are selling a tower for 150mil and using proceeds of sale to help restructure loans to get even more favorable terms. After 2016, who knows, I just want to see it hit the $2 mark in 2016 and I'm out forever.
I'll keep this short and sweet...Google "PennyStock101' signup for their free newsletter and get their next trade alert. Come back and thank me tomorrow!
kittlesandnits is the classic example of the average retail investor who gets shaken out of their stocks by the Wall Street/CNBC juggernaut...Really, you should double down I started in .50 and have bought more and more on the way down. Never buy all your position at once.
That doesn't mean that the stock can't double or triple from its current levels. Companies with massive amounts of debts and even those which lose money or are unprofitable rally all the time. The market has more than priced in its debt. Do you honestly think that you have an edge over other investors by investing simply in companies with no or low debt? Remember, EVERYTHING you know about at stock, or then some, is priced in...and in some cases more than priced in.
When Citadel filed Chapter 11, when was its debt due? Had it defaulted? If you're going to compare Citadel with Cumulus negatively, please compare and contrast the liquidity situations.
did the same thing to the tune of -30,000....did the same thing many times,,,was hoping that rdio had some promise,,,lol
Ripe for a bounce. Playing for a bounce, nothing more, just a trade. Chart indicators I read show shorts are over extended now. I need to check REGSHO and see if this is listed yet on either circuit breaker or threshold lists. Will begin to open a position Monday for eventual bounce. Correction wave cometh. After that shorts can take it back. Besides shorts make more at this point by stepping aside for a bit. Once this gets a nice bounce shorts will have room to work with on the downside again.
Thanks for being a lone voice of logic on this board. TV has absolutely no idea what is going on with CMLS. I originally thought he might have some interesting take on things but as soon as I tried to engage him in a discussion on the debt he just kept repeating some nonsense he heard about how there are no payments for 3-4 years. He basically just thinks tat $0.20 sounds like some great bargain when in reality that is the LT call option premium you are paying for the "equity". He just doesn't understand and its not really his fault. It is just out of is intellectual league.
Nothing will always be KING ... in every sector, something new, different and better always comes along. However, you are absolutely right about one thing ... the debt will be fixed.
Two real profitable businesses are satellite and and broadcast. With broadcast being the king. The debt will be fixed. Me, Wells Fargo, Crestview, and Vanguard will gladly baghold for years to make our profits
Sentiment: Strong Buy
OK. Go buy app based Pandora where they pool real broadcasters stations and call it a profitable business. Tried and true radio is and will always be KING! Me and smart money are accumulating.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
