Yes, I'm still holding SDRL. I am not actively trading any stocks. If SDRL goes back up to $15/share, I may sell some just to swing trade it when it goes lower. SDRL will probably be stuck in the $8-$15/share range for another year.
I completely agree it is very hard to make money from the stock markets, and I'm done.
Are you still holding SDRL , Furball ? I got in @ $15.5 and sold @ $9.50 with large losses . It is very hard to make money from the stock markets , isn't it ?
LOL! You own shares in China Integrated Energy, Inc. which is a defunct Delaware corporation whose registration with the SEC was revoked. IF there is any listing in China, it will NOT be this defunct entity. It will be the Chinese operating subsidiary. My goodness, man... when you're dead fall off the horse.
As I have stated before Gas and Oil are badly needed in China , so once the Law Suit against them is finally settled , there is no reason that the Years 2011 thru 2014 which they were going to submit by the end of October , until the Accounting Firm quit , were as good or even better than the Financials of 2010 when the Stock traded at $12.45 . Once they finally submit those financials for those years they could then trade on the Hong Cong Exchange . In 2009 they did over $300 million in Business , and over $400 million in 2010 . So the Company was doing better from one year to the next . With Gao owning over 50% of the Stock it would be a tremendous financial gain for him to go Public on the Hong Cong Exchange .
delay of what? this company is no longer trading, shares are worthless, what are you waiting for?
I try not to miss a chance to say something negative about Gao, a person I consider to be a low life #$%$!
Sherb of course already opted to settle and the plaintiffs have agreed to accept. This is just a formality. I see you are your same unbiased jovial self.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I doubt Gao picked up any shares during the claim period! Even though he is an idiot, he was probably not dumb enough to buy this turkey knowing how he cooked the books!
if claims are submitted for 100% of
the eligible shares of China Integrated common stock...
Do you think Gao will participate?
It's not even 1 cent.
"Average cost per eligible share of common stock will be approximately $0.004"
meaning its 4 cents for every 10 shares...
Sentiment: Strong Sell
