From Seven Arts Entertainment Inc SEC Filed Statements
Google: SEC Filed SAPX latest 10-Q/A
Over 90% of the group revenue was ascribed to SAFE Ltd - $350,000 out of $372,000 last quarter and SAFE holds the majority of the film rights: "Pursuant to a related party agreement, SAP, Inc. holds ownership of limited liability corporations in the United States, with all distribution rights and profits thereof being due to SAFE, Ltd."
Any one seen this reported to shareholders, SEC or bond holders?
Schism news does not impress the shareholder base. It traded as high as .0027 today. 50 day is .0026 and to me the barely negative MACD is about to go positive. If we get a close of .0027 or higher, this could be a significant gainer over the long term. My sentiment is a highly speculative buy with a minimum allocation.
but the hole this stock dug for itself isn't easy to climb out of. The Screamfest release of Schism shows that the movie is in the can. Revenue recognition needs to be reported. No one can say the movie isn't a flop. No one can say the opposite either. Longs have to accept this being a huge gamble. And if the gamble pays off, 2014 will be a very good year. The truth is predicting the outcome is impossible.
The silence you'll hear out of sapx this coming week will be the sound of this film totally flopping...
is that where you bought? $20k / share.
Wow aren't you brilliant ! Keep holding loser ! LOL..
So the implication is I am a hard drug user/addict. Care to throw in that I'm brain-dead? I apologize it wasn't $20,000 per share. But looking at the Nasdaq website, 2 YR time frame, it is around $2,000 per share. You can think your bashing gets me to sell. Do what you do and create of wave of panic selling. I'll watch.
will pick it up.
Expect another huge loss/write off for sapx..

DUDE PUT DOWN THAT HEROIN NEEDLE !!
It is making you delusional, having stock fantasies !!!
on a reverse-split adjusted basis. The promise of Schism being released around August 31 was delayed. My gratitude goes out to sellers, shorts and bashers that allowed me to buy this week. I will buy more next week. I am not going to be intimidated.
You are correct.
The co has no real assets against which to borrow more $$ to keep going.
I feel badly for the people who bought last year in the $1.20 - $3 range (most of the long-time pumpers here.)
That is a huge loss, down to here at 1/4 of one penny, pretty much 100%
