THIS POS IS STILL TRADING? LOL LOL LOL Over 4 years I have seen this POS RS LIKE 5 times. What ever happened to the DMX album? LOL LOL WHAT A FULKING SCAM SO SAD. . . .
Aside from SAPX shares and up or down from here, can't wait to see the movie. I do lean more Euro than domestic when it comes to nudity. The Puritan leaning here is waning. The Color of Money, The Crying Game and Schism include full frontal nudity. But let's get to a couple of cast members. Lily Virginia Filson born in New Orleans, and with a face that deeply intrigues. Jeanine Hill, recently seen in Dallas Buyers Club, a great movie. Nicole LaLiberte, quite the bio; check it out at IMBd. Then there's Ashlynn Yennie. She mentions Schism at her Facebook page. Actually a link there, a cut/paste of the text, which talks of the Screamfest showing. !! Los Angeles’ Screamfest has become known as a place for indie films that might otherwise struggle for screenings to not only have a theatrical showing, but also catch the eyes of Hollywood’s major distributors. This year, the talk of the festival has been Adam Gierasch’s SCHISM, which screened this past Saturday night to a packed house. This reviewer attended without knowing anything about the film or what to expect, and can now safely say that it’s shocking, disturbing and possibly one of the best indie films so far this year.
I've not been able to confirm that. Not a major hurdle. The film is complete. JMO, I think Hoffman is seeking a partnering deal. I see this as highly speculative given the company's track record. Risk allocation should be on the basis of understanding whatever is invested, it can go to zero. No doubt that the greater the risk, the greater the potential reward. And here the risk is huge.
And look what happened to Disney with the Lone Ranger and John Carter. They lost hundreds of millions. The movie business is for losers
seems to me you haven't looked at a 1 year chart. SAPX may be the overall worst performer for last year. Tell me what will Schism do. No one knows. The question, the big question for this year.
From zero to hero?
I ask because of the lack of info for Schism. Sure if you google schism seven arts there is news of the movie being finished middle August. Scrolling lower on the google search page, here's what I found at the shocktillyoudrop website. Oct 10, '13
Adam Gierasch and Jace Anderson are bringing their latest film, Schism, to Screamfest. The film is poised to make its premiere on Saturday night at the Los Angeles event and we have three (incredibly) NSFW images to share with you after the jump. The duo previous brought us films like Autopsy and Night of the Demons. Written by Gierasch and Anderson, and directed by Gierasch, the film concerns Dylan White who has a normal, boring life. Then horrifying visions start to interrupt his waking moments, and he must face the fact that he literally doesn’t know who he is. Following clues that take him to the dark underbelly, Dylan soon finds both his life and soul in danger. Callum Blue, Vinnie Jones and Ashlynn Yennie star.
Is management negligent in their reportage of events, lazy or are they and their cronies behind the uptick in price and volume? If so, not cool. Maybe I'm paranoid, maybe they feel they deserve a long holiday like our President and the First Lady? I plan to sit things out. Not a buy sell or hold recommendation.
