Gee, this sounds just like a good spy novel. Did they use electric probes on him, cut his eyelids off, or is this just "disinformation"?
Please, give us another chapter.

published 2012 (business insider) by GMI Ratings is a pioneer in the application of non-traditional risk metrics to investment analysis and risk modeling. Formed in 2010 through the merger of The Corporate Library, GovernanceMetrics International and Audit Integrity, GMI Ratings provides global research coverage of the environmental, social, governance and accounting-related risks affecting the performance of public companies. GMI Ratings is a signatory to the United Nations-backed Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
The Corporate Library – Founded in 1999, The Corporate Library was the leading independent provider of research and ratings designed to help institutional investors evaluate corporate governance practices as an element of overall investment risk.
GovernanceMetrics International – Founded in 2000, GovernanceMetrics International developed in-depth coverage of governance risk profiles of 4,200 companies, including the complete MSCI World Index and extensive Emerging Market coverage.
Audit Integrity — Founded in 2002, Audit Integrity developed Accounting and Governance Risk (AGR®) ratings for approximately 18,000 public companies worldwide. Based on more than 80 metrics, these ratings reflected accounting and governance practices statistically associated with an elevated risk of negative events including securities class action litigation, SEC enforcement actions, material financial restatements, financial distress, and Black Swan equity drops.
Ed whiner. Where do you keep coming up with your screen names? Do you have a stupid name generator?
STZ ranks 11 score 6
The Accounting and Governance Risk (AGR) rating uses an entirely quantitative,
statistical process to identify accounting items associated with fraudulent financial
statements, as well as governance characteristics associated with firms prosecuted by the US
SEC for accounting fraud. Low rated companies
are more likely to experience different types of negative events
The world’s leading wine company,
Constellation Brands, is poorly rated
by GMI for concerns over minority
shareholder voting rights, high
dilution resulting from employee
stock options, management structure
and a host of accounting concerns.
The company has two classes of
common stock, with the Sands
family owning all Class B shares,
controlling 55 percent of total voting
power and thus the outcome of all
proposal voting. Furthermore,
Robert and Richard Sands, brothers serving as CEO and chairman, respectively, continue to receive
mega-grants of time-vesting stock options contributing to a dilution rate which has exceeded 30
percent for the past several years.
In terms of accounting, Constellation Brands has a “Very Aggressive” AGR score of just 6 on a scale
of 100, including poor ratios on Asset Turnover, Inventory/Cost of Goods Sold, and Expense
Recognition, including Prepaid Expenses/Operating Expenses.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Spooky to say the least, but most interesting board so far.
Since July it has has talk about the CIA fallout. So what links Constellation to CIA?

brent hanston, seems you ve blown the cover on the Sands, Bushes, cia etc
Just did some DD and I see they have made it into 711 stores and are planing to be in all 6000 franchises. This is big news. I own 500 shares of Constellation Brands. But i am smart enough to know I won't get rich owning 500 shares of a stock, so I am always scanning looking for great Micro Cap plays cheap enough where I can buy several million shares. When a dirt cheap Micro Cap stock like PLKD strikes out, millionaires are made overnight.
