Tax and STZ Stock Fraud
"Sands artificially inflated the basis in Constellation stock by approximately 900 percent and sold it"
Maybe, hard to say, one clown Stifler makes it 113, the other 50, the funds have vested interests in the paper gains, even if unreal,, but one thing is sure STZ rolled the books for the better part of the past two decades. How they got away with it is beyond the average John Doe.
STZ has shown outstanding performance... needless to say. All the analysts are bullish, Morningstar loves it, Bloomberg loves it... the list goes on. Summer 2014 was generally warmer than average (not by much). The only analysts who are bearish on this stock are the peasants working for micro-cap firms who are dying to make a dollar.
$90 after earnings, $100 after the rule-of-thumb climb from 90-100.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
No. I couldn't find any news or any brewery message board with any info, as to why BREW
went up almost 15% in two days (then lost half of the days gain.)
I thought STZ was a great stock (up 500% in 5 years) now after that negative article it scares
me. I'm wondering what will happen tomorrow on earnings!! I'll probably still be in BREW
