Just did some DD and I see they have made it into 711 stores and are planing to be in all 6000 franchises. This is big news. I own 500 shares of Constellation Brands. But i am smart enough to know I won't get rich owning 500 shares of a stock, so I am always scanning looking for great Micro Cap plays cheap enough where I can buy several million shares. When a dirt cheap Micro Cap stock like PLKD strikes out, millionaires are made overnight.
It seems Sands and Koch try to implicate the US gov in a rogue operation.

Winery B is a market setter (rig) , so each day sets lower prices so to buy (fleecing) cheaper grapes from growers,so knowing that :
Winery A delivers poor quality grapes to Winery B. Winery B now upset says: "this is not what I order I will sue you"
Winery B replies: " Yesterday price was for good quality grapes, Today 's price is for poor quality grapes"

Long ago in a region far away, when men's sideburns were long and women's skirts were extremely short, winery A had excess pink catawba grapes for sale. Published NYS price was $300/ton. Winery B in Canandaigua, NY offered to buy these excess grapes for the $250/ton. Next day Winery A accepted the reduced price. To which winery B replied no no $250 was yesterday's price, today's price is $200/ton for the excess grapes. Next day, not yet having learned their lesson, winery A accepted the even lower price. Only to find the current day's price was now $150/ton.
Winery B grew to become Constellation. I predict eventually Vincor will become part of Constellation at a price much less than $33/share. Less Less
Sentiment: Strong Sell

2. Some 400 mil plus related to UK operations
3. Some 450 mil related to Australian operations in 2007.
4. Some 800 mil related to a Paul Masson operation in 2008. Seems 1 and 4 are linked.
That s close to 2 Billion dollars roughly
I checked store shelves and found that there is no other company doing what Pleasant Kids is doing. This product is the only one doing Bottled Water for Kids + Cartoon Characters + Colored Caps in the United States

"on the other hand see, Edwin Moldauer v Constellation Brands Inc SAC38, in which proceedings bought in Australia by an employee of a US company were stayed , mainly because of cost and convenience to the company, even though Kourakis CJ accepted that bringing proceedings in NY would be costly and noting that ' Unless he (the employee) is a man of unusually wealthy means he will find it difficult to maintain an action in New York'

and the beauty of NAFTA, another Bush invention, was the fact that all the raw materials are subsidized and imported from US that makes the product like CORONA very very very profitable. Thanks uncle Sam on behalf of STZ.
By the way the dumping of agro products in Mexico is a taboo subject, the Mexican gov cannot touch it although it displaces Mexican farmers, drives illegal immigration and boosts the border narco business.
In that plain Swiss meeting room in the northern hemisphere summer, a bunch of "new world" nations planned their assault.Around the table were industry boffins and government representatives from New Zealand and its biggest competitors: Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, South Africa and the United States.
