If I may make a suggestion: Unless the company offers a nice discount on the stock purchase, don't touch your company stock. Too many eggs in the same basket. If you want to invest in the industry, pick a stock of Delta's next best competitor. We have all lost too much from owning ones own company stock.
from my delta site there is news that employees will be able to easily purchase shares thru payroll deduction. great idea and will only boost price per share further. planes are full and passengers paying thru the teeth. only drawback are delays at lga, and jfk now msy and det seem to be also late more than before. maintenance issues reason.
Rooster's has been on FIRE with the lousy ATL weather. The thongboy'z got'z no place to go so they cum see the BO SHOW!!!
We incorporate fresh and salty enigma's into a sideshow for the freak's and geek's. They love that stuff.
Pay'z the bill'z!!!

Looking at compare charting, airlines track & take turns catching up/leading long term. So on up air industry days, sell the strongest, & on down days buy the weakest. Google "Mister Market". Mr. Market From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Mr. Market is an allegory created by investor Benjamin Graham. Since its introduction in Graham's 1949 book The Intelligent Investor, it has been cited many times to explain that the stock market tends to fluctuate, and that it is usually best to ignore these fluctuations when determining whether to buy or sell stocks. Graham instead believes that it is important to focus on whether the stock valuation of a company is reasonable after calculating its value through fundamental analysis.[1][2][3] Warren Buffett has been quoted numerous times on Graham's 1949 book The Intelligent Investor. Chapter eight covers Mr. Market and Warren Buffett thinks that this is the best part of the book.[1] [2] Buffett described it as "by far the best book on investing ever written"

True. They had been doing very well on paying off the debt post BK, but I do not like this recent move towards dividends and buybacks vs paying down the debt.
I still am long, but have pulled some profits out based on both the PPS and above stated issues.
we gonna commit some MAJOR R & R for the rest of this glorious Sunday.
I hope my childhood Monsenior doesn't read this board. He used to tell me during my confessions of having strong thoughts to be bent over by my gym teacher that I'd wind up in a world of raunch and debotchery.
Boy was he right.
