I was interested in picking up some shares after reading a quite positive SA write-up on the co. However when I checked on the Yahoo insider transactions, I learned insiders have been exercising options and then sold shares practically all year to July (August data is not available yet). My question to those with investment in this co, can you tell me why there have been so many insiders selling so many shares right after they exercising their options (some are at $0). I was hesitatent to put in my buy order after learning this data. I would like co I invest in with management aligned with shareholders' interest, not to sell immediately shares they acquired from option grants.
