You will capitulate... There is no path forward other than a partnership. The only way to stop the bleeding is to formally announce you will not move forward without a partnership that offsets the costs in exchange for a royalty.
Im 6.01 226 I use hippies for canoe paddles. I hunt bear with a stick and never go hungry.

Sentiment: Strong Buy
A Tale of Two Companies: IMSC has big debt but promises more than $100 million in revenue for this year. LTBR's revenue is penny ante little consulting fees less than $1 million. IMSC stock price is $0.75 but it's true worth is way, way north of LTBR because they now virtually OWN Europe in terms of market penetration. LTBR is a company on the way to extinction. IMSC is a company on a sharp ascending path.
Don't discount the possibility of a share buyback either. My traders are different from my investments, and there are much bigger fish to fry like ITEK, DRYS, SD, both long and short. But today is golfing day!!
low float, just wait for next licensing deal, and of course there's more from company email. I don't invest long term without almost 30 years of doing DD. "...We have sufficient capital to support the ongoing research and development of our technology, and we have access to additional capital when needed.
However, it's important to distinguish between investing and trading before putting capital at risk. There is nothing wrong about either investing or trading; both activities have the same goal -- making money. Both require careful thought and discipline.
If one regards Lightbridge as an investment, then that person probably has considered the Company's operations, financial performance, capital structure, strategic direction, long-term market opportunity, competition and management's ability to execute a strategic plan successfully over time.
A trader typically is less concerned about business fundamentals and more focused on fluctuations in price, trading volume, money flow patterns and other short-term dynamics. Traders employ different tactics from buy-and-hold investors to achieve their objectives, such as short-selling, leverage (borrowing) and option trading.
Despite our progress and the promise of the Company's technology, Lightbridge has a relatively small number of shares outstanding, low trading volume....."
Are you drinking?
"Lightbridge is a fundamentally solid company" BASED ON WHAT FUNDAMENTALS?
That's like when the entire financial world was collapsing in 2008 and John McCain kept saying "the fundamentals of our economy are strong".
Ask Gary Sharpe to walk you thru how they are going to get $10+ million dollars to move forward.
"with a global customer base of fuel fabricators and nuclear utilities." AGAIN, ARE YOU DRINKING?
Name one single customer that has "PAID" or entered into a contract to "PAY" LTBR a single red cent for their imaginary fuel.
"...Despite volatility in capital markets over the past few days, Lightbridge is a fundamentally solid company with innovative proprietary technology and tremendous growth prospects in an expanding market with a global customer base of fuel fabricators and nuclear utilities.
Lightbridge is in its strongest position ever. Founded in 1992, the company has achieved several strategic milestones in 2014 and 2015 and is on track to realize high-margin revenue streams from technology licensing fees and other commercial arrangements...." (write him yourself if in doubt)
Too many think I'm a basher for explaining it.
There is not and has never been construction or testing of the fuel. In fact the company refers to the fuel in the present tense, when in reality it's a theory on paper that has never been built or tested. I know, I know, I'm a bad guy for pointing that out. How will I sleep at night?
Next, according to Seth, the cost to construct, irradiate and test this "fuel" (theory), will be $10+ million dollars.
Can anyone read the 10Q? How much money does LTBR have on hand against their current burn rate against the 3 years it would take to really get this testing done if they had an actual contract with anyone on Earth to actually build the fuel? Get it?????
LTBR is flat broke... Sure they have no debt and a couple million on hand (maybe), but that is not anywhere close to what's needed. It's like Evil Knievel trying to jump the Grand Canyon on a bicycle... Never gonna make it.
Seth, would serve the PPS better to admit the reality of where they are and let shareholders know there is no path forward without massive dilution which would take the PPS places you don't want to think about, or they must either sell off rights to the eventual fuel in either territories or thru partnership for royalties back.
If you think for one minute there is going to be an announcement that Canada signed the contract and it's full steam ahead without money in hand, you are dreaming.
