Why is Plcm shareholders are not being showed these negotiation between Plcm & Siris Capital!
The real lack of transparency is "WHY" Plcm did not engage/discuss what might be superior offer from Siris.
Unless the filing paper are made available to Plcm (public) shareholders all will unaware of whats taken place / between all invovled= Non transparency
sorry the proposed merger price for Plcm @ $13.68, so merger value sine April 13 has declined over 25%
The value on April 13 for Plcm was $13.35 / Plcm BOD needs to answer serious question of where there
If Plcm don`t take $14.50 cache from SIris capital . then all know criminal activity taken place.
Plcm should be doing whats best interest of Plcm shareholders / not Singers best interest, or all will be charged with fraud on public company/investor !
we got ripped off, no if and buts about it.

mitel crash so will plcm
The markets will most likely collapse sometime this year…Are you prepared? Google LionStockAlerts, they only alert short term trades that work in any market…Do this now before it’s too
3 years? I give it 6 months... they need to haircut Polycom quick to make sense of the deal.
Mitel is a jobs program for Canada. They will borrow any amount of money to keep jobs and leadership in Canada. The Polycom management just sold out the Polycom employees and I predict more than 50% of the polycom employees will be released by the Canucks within the next 3 years.
Sorry to hear that your management sold you out, so condolences. You should know that Mitel is basically a jobs program for Canada. They are willing to take on any amount of debt to keep people employed in Canada and to keep control in Canada. Their game is to buy companies and then gradually eliminate their employees, and they especially dislike expensive US employees. They've had the same Canadian leadership for 20+ years and during that time, I'm not sure Mitel has ever made a profit. Also, they are extremely frugal with exit packages. Run for the Hills and don't believe a word from the Mitel executives when they lie to your face about your jobs being safe!
Mitel could crash crash another $1 on monday under $6
You see mitel is crashing now ,how is this god for plcm shareholders ,not god at all
