As I have said before, I believe that there must be some APRI employees who follow this board, if just for laughs. I don't think that it is premature for us to start suggesting names for the new company. What do you think?
Oh Social!...I am SO going to enjoy this.
And I promise you, when this stock goes to 1.50 post r/s, I'm going to buy it and ride it to 6!
While you sit and watch..".........I promise!
I have a feeling that I have not made myself crystal clear. THIS is what is going to happen. Pascoe is going to cave in and split this stock 1 for 10. The announcement is going to devastate the stock so much that they change it to 1for 20. On the day of the split, APRI will open at 10 bucks, and stay there for exactly ten milliseconds. Aspire will sell it down to 5 bucks. You will all look at it and say, "This is an 11 million dollar market cap! ....buy, buy, buy!" The next day it will be a 2 dollar stock. And then, the new buyers will purchase 20 million shares at 1.50. This is the equivalent of 7.5 cents per current share. The stock will immediately rally four-fold. The new buyers will be rich. You will be reluctantly selling your shares at an 80% loss...and glad to get it.
Darn you, Social!...You know full well that I am convinced that Aspire purchased the convertible bond hedge and bought those shares to cover!...You can use that logic on other people, but not on me! And their total cover price was 1.42. Quit pretending that you don't understand me! it's annoying....leave the ignorance to others!
why did apri announce the first person in Rayva phase 2B clinicals was enrolled.. why not the first people? as in more then 1? big difference between 20 people starting rayva clinicals with more coming,, then "we enrolled the first" i mean that sounds #$%$ to me..but from poscoe makes sense, imo, the guy needs to be removed he is in permanent slow motion settings....
You say " don't buy APRI until a big name buys in big" .
Ummmm. Aspire is on the hook for millions of shares the bought at $1.90+. Ok so after their fee their actual cost on those shares is $1.72. Now I know you were an English teacher so I'm not sure about your math skills.
Which is bigger $1.72 or $.99?
So. If my math is correct the boys on Wacker are down and I can buy while they hold with $1.72 average PPS.
So thanks for all your concern Bic but I'm buying and anyone with a calculator should too
But Bunch, now that you're here, I really want to talk to you. You strike me as a guy more than willing to double, triple, quadruple down at this time. It is imperative that you pay no attention to market cap here. I promise you that it no longer matters. Here's what's going to transpire....Pascoe has been assured that there is a group of investors willing to pony up 30 million dollars to see them through this F drug thing. Those investors have told APRI exactly what you or I would tell them: "I got 30 million bucks for you....I have no intention of buying your current trash paper, which you have given away to Frenchies and Finns and countless others. My 30 million is going to buy me 85% of this company....or you don't get it. I expect to receive all of those shares, uncumbered by stock options and warrants."......and so it shall be.
Don't say that, Bunch!...Don't say that!...As I said earlier, they read this stuff. And they are extremely impressionable!....Do not give them ideas!
the real reason why Abbott has not launched Vitaros in over three years since approval in Canada...but we can't since that could potentially implicate all Executives at the company. Instead, we have decided to continue to plead ignorance and ignore discussing it. Oh, by the way, I hope you liked our latest corporate update including the part about the possibility of more equity financing in the future "as conditions exist"....have a nice day.
Alright, enough of that. I don't want to sound like I'm flying off the handle here. I know that screaming SELL at what seems to be a great buy seems ludicrous. But quite honestly, IMO, this stock just became as expensive as it has ever been! Literally, buying here is WORSE than buying at 6 bucks a few years ago. The reason? You will lose more money faster than when you bought that high. I know that I said to sell at 6, then at 5, and 3.80, and 2.85, and most recently 2.35 and 1.23....but I am MOST adamant about selling here. I guess the reason is that this seems like such a logical place to double-down, or triple-down to lower your average. I want to talk you out of that. Don't DO THAT.......Maybe this will help....wait until some large entity invests a pile of dough into APRI. Pure and simple. If that never happens...never buy it....Does that sound rational?
And when he opens that present under his Christmas tree, he'll probably have the same expression on his face that I have when my son buys me a Jerry Garcia tie.
I'm seriously worried about you Bic... Deny knowing Joe Cocker? Honestly, "you can leave your hat on" was the original Femprox. Have a couple of drinks and pop that song on and how could you not get lucky? Maybe one of the best mood set songs EVER!!!
Hey cool, Social! You and Pascoe bought stock on the same day! That's gotta feel right.
I do wonder sometimes why these guys buy stock. I'm sure there's probably 50,000 shares for him under his Christmas tree.
