thanks.. that's kind of what I figured based on the whole shkreli response (either trying to prop themselves up with news or setting themselves up to sell at a loss for some publicity)
This is a sham company. The only ones to make money are the inside execs. They aren't a pharmaceutical company just a few independent pharmacies.

This is a very quiet message board (obviously reflected by the low volume). Why would someone want to invest in IMMY at this time? Doesn't seem like much is going on with them, but they have been pretty stable in the 3.95-4.15 range the past couple months.
This is a loser friend. They have never turned a profit so I'm not sure what math you're basing your opinion on. It's all hype or hope. They want you to believe they are a pharmaceutical company but in reality they are a loose connection of 4 tiny independent pharmacies just like you have in your town. And only two of those do anything of interest. Look at the history and you'll see I am right. Print shares , reverse split , repeat. Put your money elsewhere. Sell this pig.
...where they priced the new shares actually values the company higher than where it was valued prior to the announcement... it's called simple math...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
They are printing shares 0.40 below the daily price on the announcement day and Mrs. S is happy. You are a total insider. This is a sham. They print shares then they have a reverse split. They steal investor money. The CEO is an attention seeking thief. The Express Script so called deal is moot and only favors EXS. The FDA MOU will shut them down. No decent marketing efforts from a staff of amateurs. Pink Sheets in 2 years. Be smart and put your money elsewhere.
...only time will tell if the short trap has been sprung....they've got the cash they need...several potential nice catalysts ahead...revs growing nicely....couple new big partners...ESRX no slouch...election cycle focusing on drug pricing ... should be interesting conf call...im definitley more comfortable being long than if I was short...but i guess that makes a market...something tells me though...IMMY wont be on the pink sheets in 2 yrs
What a surprise. Then the inevitable reverse split. Legalized theft by Baum and Co. Why not just send your checks to that attention whore/theif.The only one that will make money on this pig is him.
Calling it the way I see it. Just 4 tiny pharmacies masquerading as a NASDAQ company. And yes you are clearly an insider Mrs S.
Medicare/Medicaid has not paid for compounded drugs since the last battle with the FDA. That is not likely to change. There are better #$%$ shoots out there.
The reason I bought this stock was that I thought it was a pharmaceutical company with drugs in the pipeline. It is not. It is a collection of 3-4 independent compounding pharmacies like the kind you can find in your neighborhood. The history is that a NASDQ shell company was bought that was bankrupt (a mineral company) the company name was changed, an investigational drug patent was bought that eventually failed in phase 3, then came the idea to buy small pharmacies. They printed shares , reverse split twice. They have had issues with the FDA at their pharmacies (see Park Pharmacy Irvine). 500% revenue increase is not hard starting from zero. They are not profitable and likely won't ever be. After a few more reverse splits it will be Pink Sheets in 2 years.
No sold at loss. I don't see any hope here. Big news is that all these PR are for drugs that 20 people use. That's why price was jacked. To keep them worth making. They give ESRx a deal on these and clobber them on something else AND STILL HAVE NEVER MADE A DIME! Plus they constantly flout FDA compound regs. They aren't a pharma company. They will end up in trouble.
