They attacked, defended, never stopped running, played for each other and played with passion. Brilliant.

now you've worried me - is Jambalaya not healthy then? Been eating salads and fruit to prolong my days, but this tastes much better lol. Think we either over-estimated Iceland or under-estimated the French - maybe its a good job England didn't get through to this game?

I am pleased they weren't humiliated, they didn't deserve that for all the joy they have provided. 2 goals against France is more than they probably hoped for at half time and they won the second half lol.

Blimey, I would be able to make a hot air balloon float after eating all those leaves, there was a Viz character that I would rival on that diet, but can't type his name here, wonder if Johnny Tartpants will be allowed? Trying to get into Smoothies as a health kick - you got any tips on those? Bought some Almond milk and frozen berries from the forest, damn its cold in them thar woods lol. Got a magic bullet to beat them all into a pulp, but looking for some extra healthy zing to it. Have even started to have a slice of toast with Viagra spread for breakfast as supposed to be the most impotent meal of the day.

The Germans should have scored about 20 but they didn't and they lost. lol. The French will beat the Portugese. I don't understand this match having an Italian referee when the Germans had just knocked them out. It was looking for trouble and some of the decisions tonight were very dodgy against the Germans.

A massive homecoming for the Welsh tonight. A crowd of 30,000 to see them and cheer them on.

  • hey are doing essentially a 'professional hit job' forcing the stock lower with continued streams of bad news hoping investors will sell their shares for them to short. As for the only stock... No just look at NWBO.

it sucks Moon - these ISIS maggots burrow their way into the heads of the weak and vulnerable, and they have an endless potential army at their disposal. Worryingly, each time an atrocity happens, it strengthens Donald Trumps White House aspirations - now that is scary!

Bought BKG for £25 in the end, nice 8% divi, but not really celebrating. Was surprised the BofE didn't lower the interest rate yesterday - but they are only kicking the can down the road to August.

Lovely to see the Judas Michael Gove get sacked by May yesterday and Boris given a top job instead - what goes around comes around sometimes!

Been on holiday last couple of days, varnishing tables again lol. Still, weather is picking up to 24" tomorrow so the beach calls. Won't be going to France for a while though.

Saw a great programme with Lorraine Kelly about the penguins and rescue centre in Cape Town - big set up with about 300 patients in there - can't wait to see it next year. Did you see it?

Good grief - 30" degrees in my red trousers today Moon - 34" tomorrow - spent all day on the beach yesterday, I look like a swarthy vagabond now, all brown and hardly any clothes on lol - just have to get my tin cup out at the end of the drive and mutter incoherent obscenities at passers-by lol. You enjoying the heat up there?
Really liking Teresa May with each passing day - now sensibly trying to work out a deal that keeps Scotland in the UK, but separately in the EU - why did nobody else think of that?
Bit of a nothing day in the markets - looking at SQN, which yields 7% and pays a MONTHLY dividend!! - I have reached the top of the mountain lolol - all my dreams have come true with that one. Next year, I am not buying anymore shares, and should have 64 dividends rolling in, not massive ones, but rather a swarm of smaller ones feeding the portfolio each month. Has taken nearly 8 years to get it right, so happy that I am finally there. You should have plenty of volatility to work with over the next few years Moon - what with Article 50 ti be triggered, a possible Scottish referendum mark 2, a snap general election, the collapse of the Eurozone into utter despair and debt, the FTSE will end up massively higher lol.
Meant to ask if you are happy with Ibrahimovic joining you? Quality player, and should be better than Schweinsteiger for 1 season. Think defender Bailly will be a better signing though. Portsmouth have signed a bloke as well, on loan though.
Watched Red Drawf and the Fast Show on YouTube last night - great seeing old episodes again, but picture was a bit blurred. still, amazing that we can pick up shows like that for free, and now see it on the big TV screen.
Spoke to jax and he believes that Risky is no more - can't trace him in phonebooks or online - feel very sad about that - I met him once in Aus and he was one of lifes good guys, but boy did he not like spending money if he could help it, though he generously sorted mine & Mrs Grims members fees

Can you imagine Trump being in charge of the most powerful country in the world? Frightening really. He's going to be running riot with making his mouth go and upsetting everyone.

I have been watching the comedy shows on BBC2. Some have been ok but like you say, it's strange watching them with new people playing the lead. Mind you, are you being served was quite funny.

Never heard of asmr videos. I'll have a look and see if I can get some relaxation in. lolol.

They've had bigger crowds watching the paralympics than they did for the olympics. That really is astonishing.
