Im surprised nobody tried to take this beast private. Warren Buffet isnt big on technology companies, but if he were, this will be a perfect gig for Berkshire Hathaway. Its like Heinz in stature in ways though its different in that there is more innovation involved and not just about pumping out a known commoditiy.

ATVI has an excellent balance sheet. Completely debt free for many years. Conservative with finances. Excellent and steady multi-billion dollar revenue stream. Its like a hidden gold. If there is a company well positioned to weather any future recessions or pullbacks, its definately ATVI.
