Considering a scandal riddled company being investigated by no less than the US Attorney's office, do you now think that science trumps scandal, deceit, secrecy, gagorders, self dealing and other malfeasances? A CEO who has a documented record as a stock hypster and promoter and an individual who was forced to disgorge ill- gotten gains in order to escape prosecution? The US Attorney's office knows all this and their weight alone without any heavy breathing will crush Star and Jonnie. Just think of the expense in diverted time and lawyer's fees. Worries that keep Paul up at night. As the chief attorney in the company, how could he have allowed the company to be a target? This is NOT a normal occurrence as some naive longs would lead you to believe. The US Attorney goes after suspected malfeasors and criminals and not law abiding and upstanding corporations and individuals.
So if you think this is a walk in the park, you have your parks mixed up. This may become a walk inside an exercise yard in the Big House. And your Star investment? Don't be silly.

I agree with you, Ghart, that sometimes doing nothing is doing something positive. Inaction can often be the best action. Cyprus is making everyone go crazy. To me it's a very, very small country with its own unique problems, but, then again, craziness, even if it's isolated can spread. Throughout Europe, the ills are systemic, especially with how they have "dealt" with the problems. I'm kind of surprised with you being a day-trader, though, that you didn't trade on the Cyprus news. Do you trade options? Seems to me a short position on the news might have worked. For the record, I'm a littler guy who has day-traded and long-tern invested and everything in between. So much craziness, like Cyprus, on this board. My guess is sometimes no response might be the best response???

Exactly my point. Sheldon maybe a genius but he is letting pride get him. tax, obviously you are not a lawyer. You have probably never litigated a case in your life. I have and I would have told Shelly a long time ago to settle. It is clear that the SEC and DOJ cases came out of discovery of these employment cases. I can guarantee you his lawyers are telling him settle. As for inaccurate messages give me a break.
