Ackman is paying per click for google adwords, paying message board posters, and paying ... researchers to and past HLF distributors to dig up anything they can about the company. And ... why wouldn't he ... he stands to benefit big time if he can convince the world that this company is a fraud. He will stop at nothing to convince you ... and you will post in response to this because you were paid to do so .... You were paid and you were HAD .... Pyramid Schemes and Ponzi Schemes are en vogue now with Madoff taking center stage. We all want to think everything is a scam that doesn't seem 100% beneficial to its employers or in this case distributors. Yes ... its not the best opportunity out there unless you get a niche area. But does that mean its illegal. Yes ... you and I would not want to be distributors because we would probably not make much .. but does that make it illegal? We are not someone in India or China who sees this opportunity for the first time and jumps on it ... We have already been bothered by Avon, Amway, and girl scout cookies. We as Americans are born skeptical. Don't allow Ackman to play on this. Ackman is using our skepticism as his personally piggy bank. He needs investors to buy into his story so he can make a profit and look like a hero to his RICH clients. He is trying to play you like a pawn in his chess game for wealthy clients. You might of shorted with him ... but you don't have the same game as him. He is playing the general public to buy into his thesis. He thinks he is smarter than YOU ... he is betting on being smarter than YOU ... he can only make money if he can fool YOU ... It is a game ... he wants you to place your bets on him and ignore how the company is expanding all across the globe and opening many store in China. Just like you ... I say to myself ... this Company is not that special ... just diet products ... but when you do the research ... the people that buy their products keep coming back because they taste pretty good and they actually work. Good luck to longs and shorts ... may we both win on this stage or another ... but let us not fall for bravado ...

Any ideas on what these issues might be? Owed taxes perhaps? Related to things mentioned in my other posts? Should be fun to watch these guys finally hit reality as they've made their fortunes from all their garbage issued stocks including CDII. -

Getting tough here to stomach as were almost back to pre Nasdaq listing. I have no choice but to hang in here as bailing now for me would be to hard to recover from. I just hope this ends up to be like a Kerx where we will prevail in at least getting back to 5 a share.
