I don't see anything falling off a cliff, here's why. It would not make any logical reason for Archie or Carl to increase their holdings if bad news was on the horizon. Good business people do not do illogical things with their own money!
considering that the 910,000 shares are worth over $3 billion, and that is up about 50% from a year ago, I don't think he is concerned about the $136 million.
Here is an article that is not new but may help some new investors. As a physician and biochemist, this article combined with release of the data from phase 2 that showed a complete in Jan has reinforced my belief that this drug has great promise. It explains how the chemistry of Aldox works. GLTA
This is my favorite part:
"The cell-penetrating albumin–DOX conjugates displayed significantly higher antitumor activity than DOX. More interestingly, the conjugates also efficiently killed the drug-resistant tumor cells, in sharp contrast to the ineffective DOX."
Recently? That's one of the things everyone is waiting for. The Navy "tested" MG1 but screwed up the test, meanwhile MNGA came out with MG2 which is supposedly superior to MG1 in that it is even hotter and therefor cuts faster and it's made from Waste Vegetable Oil whereas MG1 is made from Antifreeze of all things. MG2 is also more user friendly than MG1 in that it's easier to get the proper flame for the novice. This was the problem the Navy was having, when they tested it they didn't have anyone from MNGA to show them how to adjust the flame... I have no problem with my MG1 but I'm usually doing something that doesn't require super heat. I'm waiting for better distribution of MG2 as I look forward to trying that as well. But the Navy news has been pending for a while... bureaucratic red tape seems to be getting in the way.
I know this: If I have a stroke, I want everything they can throw at me as soon as possible- ESPECIALLY a bag of Multistem.

My take is that you never sell something until you can get the best price for it. Especially when you don't NEED it. The first one this year filled the "need" so they could have waited until fall when the stock is much higher after they had " proven results". This shows a lack of confidence on the part of management to me.
The value of property plant and equipment declines very fast and debts are exactly doing the opposite. This company is totally insolvent and holds larger debts that its demonstrated by postponing them and this represent intentional distortion of the results. Also note that this company operates from a residential building, it doesn’t even have the budget to rent an office.
This company does not seem to have much activity except profiting from the hype of the vaping industry. Note that on the chart, it seems that certain person has been front loading and getting ready to unload worthless shares on unaware investors.
Having your independent directors stand down from re-election, en masse, yet no disagreement with management is an unusual situation to say the least. Surely the company will schedule a conference call to discuss this. Hard to read any good news into this development.
