That would nice
Yes, but this was due to CEO lame comments at Keybank conference....Cramer is a clown....
How cute! Basing you investment experience on your personal "tastes". I love it! You have no idea of the number of global subs that HBO has, no idea of the Billions in revenue AND cash flow which NFLX doesn't have, no idea of the size of the HBO library and their ownership of it compared to NFLX which has no library and owns nothing, but none of that matters! IGNORANCE is bliss. You only like Game of Thrones and SV so no one should ever subscribe to NFLX cause you only like those 2 shows. You have proved that the end is near. Thank you. You have no idea how valuable your ignorance is.
Dont worry bashtrads... You can post as much as you want to try and hide my posts (the truth) but I will be up and ready to repost at the opening bell and all day long.. Your your little fingers ready for war!! ;0)
Im going to make you work overtime now!!!! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! tick-tock........

This is a great post, five_dollar, and it was even referred to at IV for it's insightfulness.
Jimmy Iovine, co-founder of Beats (recently acquired by Apple for $2B,) talked about his long friendship with Steve Jobs, and his railing (in a way that friends would ) about how Jobs was ruining music!
Iovine said that Jobs admitted he was ruining music, just the way Iovine was saying, but it was the only way to bring music into it's next era of accessibility and that he (Apple) would figure out how to improve things, as technology got better.
When he sold Beats to Apple, Iovine said "I always wanted to bring my company to Apple, so that I could finish what Steve and I always discussed, and Apple is the one mobile device company that I knew always cared about the technical quality of music output."
Karl is comparing PicoP to...what? What's his alternative? Should I never have bought a car ten years ago, because it didn't have some of the newer technologies invented since then? We each live in the time we live in, and, for right now, there is nothing available that is a realistic alternative to LBS, for which MVIS owns nearly all of the IP.
Where the heck is the two alternatives that Karl worked on -- DLP and LCOS? They aren't showing up in ANY laser, mobile products, whereas, so far, we are batting 100%.
Five_dollar, you hit it on the head -- Karl doesn't see any need for anyone to have mobile projection...that's defacto the point he's making, and everything he says flows from that hermit-view.
go to morning star site
go to key ratios
watch free cash flow for the whole decade - the lowest is 75M - forget the highest above 300-500 that was a bubble
you have average 100M selling for 100M at market
show me another company with those ratios
Quiksilver is proud to welcome Michael Dunphy to its Surf Team. The 24-year-old talent from Virginia Beach will now be riding for Quiksilver as he continues to advance his professional surfing career. The regular-footer has solid experience on the Qualifying Series and a couple of significant results under his belt already this year. After becoming the first Virginia Beach native to win the Vans Pro 4 star event in 33 years last year, Dunphy then posted an impressive back to back win at the WRV Outer Banks Pro in North Carolina.
A strong contender to join the World’s Top 32 surfers, Dunphy is currently ranked 13th in the world on the Qualifying Series. Following his QS quarterfinal finish at the Lowers Pro and his solid 9th place finish in the Burton Automotive Pro in Australia, Dunphy is in good position to make it to the top level of men’s elite surfing next year. However, Dunphy remains calm and acknowledges that making the Championship Tour has never been his end-all goal. He left home at the age of 16 and enjoys traveling and surfing more than anything. Anything else to know about the self-described “wandering surf gypsy”? He designs his own surfboard artwork, admires Andy Irons and lives by the motto: “What comes easy won’t always last, and what lasts won’t always come easy”.
“Quiksilver has always been one of my favorite brands and the one I’ve looked up to since I was a little kid,” says Dunphy. “The surf products are so good! Now that I have this opportunity, I am super fired up to represent Quiksilver back home on the East Coast, as well as during my travels worldwide.”
When are we selling??? Like Mark Cuban NFLX how long are you holding??? forever=== NFLX is good. AAPL TV is also SWKS I have a question for you about SAFM am I wrong about them??? Balance sheet cash pre share should increase after 3.13 net eps RIGHT?
I still don't get what caused the upset since there was nothing new in the CC.
Maybe the fact they were questioning ability to forecast enrollments and abandoning those prediction going forward.
Do the banks give forecasts for loan originations?
Future business can't be forecasted. It's up to investors to analyze and decide for themselves
Overblown at this point but a nice conversation piece. The trend has not changed. The calendar has far more influence on this stock than the charts. Every stock is different and all have different mechanisms for action. That is a fact. To see a two day drop after a multi day run of over 15% while the Dow was slammed multiple days and its an issue on this board is amusing. So what was the volume today compared to average? It was almost 40% below average. What does that say? 253K volume? I do not place much significance on any stock that moves with volume that low no matter what the price up or down. Everyone is different but this tells the days action has minimal significance to the broader action of this stock. To me it indicates practical insignificance but I realize on the board its a monumental breach of the 50 OMG. 4 months ago (first week of Feb.) this stock dipped below the 50 for over a week after a nice run. Very similar to the recent 15% move from 20's to 23's of late (month of May). I'm discounting earnings action on that thus initiation around 20. After consolidating slightly below the 50 for about a week back in Feb this stock popped. It was consolidating and popped not because a chart said so but because dynamics not defined on a chart said so. It was news. The 2nd DSMB report was released and it was positive. After that, on March 2nd you see volume and pps pick up substantially with an upgrade added in for good measure. I believe the move was driven in part by institutions adding as reported recently for that Q.The 2nd DSMB report was confirmation of success to many. Volume in todays trade? It was 253K. What was the volume on March 2nd? 1.2M. The next day, March 3rd? 708K. March 4th, 1.0M. Did some trim of late? Sure they did. That happens with every stock that makes a move. But it does not define the stock or its overall momentum. Momentum for this stock is up. Baring any unforeseen negatives, it will move much higher in the weeks to come.

Wish you'd post a link or find a name or something that can be Googled. You say "audio center," so we're not talking about blindness, but deafness. Not a scientist, but I'm guessing that hearing is much easier to restore than sight. I mean, even profoundly deaf people can feel sound waves. Light waves are another matter altogether, and cochlear implants have been around a long time. Anyway, try to post something that can be verified. Proof, please. Thanks. Good luck.
