1.55'ish is new support. I believe we created a short-term bottomed on Thursday(2/21) which was confirmed by a higher low on Friday(2/22).

California has the second highest incident rate in the nation following only New York. Both states are reporting that more citizens of their state are leaving the state for a new home. Primarily, the ones that are leaving are healthy with fewer cases of HIV/AIS, Hepatitis, TB, and Anal cancers from HPV due to practices of Gay men.Each month about 500 new cases of HIV/AIS is reported in California ---first six months of 2012. Most of the new cases are in the San Francisco and in the southern part of California for first time HIV/AIDS cases. The growing population of infected people with very costly deadly diseases is now becoming a major expense for a state that has a smaller healthier population working and a larger sicker population often unable to work. For HIV/AIDS cases alone the number has risen to 114,354 for living infected individuals. San Francisco has 29,381 cases of full blown AIDS cases, Los Angeles has 26,283 of AIDS cases. The largest number of individuals are white with 50,631 cases but by incidence rate is the Hispanic rate. Of course, many of the new illegals are coming to the state from Central America/South America for treatment of their costly disease. California for these individuals is a targeted area for medical service with so many other individuals already infected. The total number of Hispanices reporting as of June 30, 2012 was 36,967. The African/American cases for full blown AIDS is 20,878 which is a smaller number and a smaller incidence rate than Hispanics. This disease and other major diseases that include TB, Hepatitis and HPV sexually induced cancers is becoming a major cost for the state care system with fewer healtheir working people.
