Seems First Data Corp used the same fake witness Richard Gering
The Plaintiffs and Counter-Defendants First Data Merchant Services Corporation and First
Data Corporation notified this Court on December 18, 2014 that their damages expert, Richard Gering,
had misrepresented his academic background despite having testified under oath to that background in
numerous other cases (ECF#331). Accordingly
Seems this Richard Gering is a patalogical liar. Bravo J&J you really have Chosen the right expert.

with all due respect, being "delisted" is a process and can be appealed etc.
no need to RS. security will rise back above $1 soon enough
You clearly don't know the definitions of "long" or "investment," just as you don't know the difference between "there" and "they're." You're one of those "lose-lose" kinda twerps.
Atm, how was it determined that $26.89 is the all-time high? Looking at the chart, it appears that it was quite a bit higher, accounting for the reverse split. I'm long DVAX but want to be certain that accurate information is discussed. If I'm missing something, let me know.
As for the $16-$25.44 rise 6 weeks; past performance is no an indicator of future results. That said, I believe, like you, that it will go higher but still think that the broader biotech market, and much broader markets in general, along with interest rates, investor sentiment, FDA decisions, even politics, and more, will affect the rate of the rise and what the higher bounds may be within the next couple years. Yes, I believe the rise will project well into 2017 based on what we know about Dynavax today. I'll add that assuming Helplisav is a success (FDA approval followed by successful marketing/sales) it will be a major stepping stone that moves the company to greater success in the future.
Don't lose sleep over weak investors on the fringe. If they go, it happens in every stock. The natural result of the market shaking loose speculators that don't have the tenacity to hold a long term investment in exchange for greater profits. In this case... much greater potential profits.
Final thought on market timers; I look at them as only marginally better than Shorts which are dirtbags.
Those sell orders are planned well in advance and filed with SEC. The seller does not know the stock price when the sell is triggered. This is to prevent insider trading. Company execs do this all the time.
GM Chrysler and Ford build nothing but poor quality unreliable JUNK. Buy one of their new vehicles, and your lucky if you get it home without it having a mechanical failure on the way. Hahahahahahaha
Out it comes again..reams and reams of unquantified mindless vacuous statements. It's amazing at how these crass monumental idiots post their mindless gibberish. They have been silenced recently to the recent rise in the share price but it drops a bit and off they go again. Just mindless vacuous drivel.
Best consigned to the garbage. There is little point responding to this mindless garbage. The only think long term shareholders need to remind themselves is that the share price remains UP 32% so far this year and it will recover.
Have no doubt.
In addition, the crass mindless idiots think Netwise is the same product it was 4 years ago!! That is how little they know about the company and I am way too tired to explain it to these idiots yet again. The fact of the matter is that the company has landed one of the largest cable MSO in the USA in the for of Comcast. This will be an excellent reference site for other companies. If only the crass monumental idiots understood the psychology of company buying habits it would help them. But they don't.
Dr Wu has been consistent with earning projections and most of the time a little on the modest side.
I am not pumping. It is the way it will be.
Here are some reasons.
- Paul Travers is like Steve Jobs. He is very energetic and ambitious. He will not stop. He hasn't sold any of his shares of VUZIX. He knows what weil happen when Vuzix reveal fashionable next-generatiobn smart glasses with VUZIX's waveguide technology. Plus he has lots of cash now. All he has to do now is just making fashioable next-generation smart glasses and showing them to the world.
- The most important element of success of smart glasses is not display parts nor chips nor others. It is "OPTIC" which is VUZIX's specialty. VUZIX has mutiple current and pending patents of waveguide technology. Without it, any attempts to make ICONic smart glasses will fail just like Google glasses did.

I love the new machines, they are way less expensive and they have more options . The first word of a sale will send this past a dollar .
2/3/15 to 3/31/15, 56 days, 1M Euro sale = 1,100,200 USD, $450 per script. That's 2,445 scripts, 3X IMS report, significantly beats RBC Bull of 0.5M USD, let alone IMS, GS forecast with no Ads, Speaker Bureau, MD education, PBM Tier 3.
I may have said wrong. M100 is not clumsy ^^ It just used the word "clumsy" in ordert to show some similarities between APPLE and VUZIX.
In fact, M100 is a powerful hardware, which can handle many complex missions at fields.
Paul Travers said at conference call "M100 was powerful enough to process multi tasks such as bar-code reading and other things at the same time, .... but Google glasses failed on that."
ANd personally I think design of M100 is superior to GG: M100 device doesn't touch skin directly, instead is is hooked(or attached) to glass frame so that the heat generated from the device doesn't bother wearer. Whereas GG's device is glass frame itself so that the heat generated from device directly bother wearers.
From this example alone, we gotta admit how great design M100 is. M100 is built to be used by workers. It needs to be powerful and should not bother wearers via heat or anything.
