That's not quite what happened, Mal. You are misrepresenting the facts of the case.
1. The case was not Not dismissed, it was Settled. The company had to pay almost $9,000,000 to the Class of Shareholders. They were found guilty by the court of multiple counts of Fraud.
2. You have completely glossed over the fact that Barbara was running the "Distribution Companies" that were reported to have No Connection to the parent company, even while she was collecting salary from the parent company.
3. This is currently VERY important to the Shareholders of DECN. The Shareholders were never told WHO the 10 Companies were that Allegedly pre-ordered Tens of Thousands of pieces of Genstrip. Were ALL TEN wholly owned subsidiaries of the company or not? DECN needs to clarify this, as it is Material Information that Could Persuade the Public and the Shareholders to Buy or Sell their shares.
Please try to stay on topic Mal. I know how your mind tends to wander when faced with Facts.
Under the truest or theoretical form of Communism, there would be neither price control nor price. Everything, including the fruit of all labor would already belong to everyone. Most people would agree that even most American Liberals are not in to that.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
If we do, I'm buying more. I don't like avg up and have a basis near $1.7, but if we do get near $6-7 in the next year, even w/o CPP-115, $4 is a good risk/reward ratio to buy at.
Even more applicable today and moving forward, IMO.
Feeling sorry for people who got anxious and sold prematurely this morning.
