Your point is well taken. Avanir's trial results of their drug for Alzheimer's last week was enough to send their stock from $6.85 to $13.09 high of day.
Google 10MJ_FOYA-Supplement Part.pdf and you can see an aerial picture of the existing plant and the expansion going on (as of 3 years ago and may and should be completed by now). This should show what an azzhle the original poster is. Ignore him

The operative word is Global, now parts of the US may have had a cool summer but on a Global level 2014 saw the warmest summer on record. The lies you have been spoon fed all this time have been from the right.
R u kidding? He would not buy. It was a gift so that RCPI could say.....gee even Soros has some stock. It is the old Johnnie shuffle and you dummies believe it.
Would wager someone make a huge purchase on the open market. There was a big chunk on the bid at 1.48 the other day. Many regional banks haven't seen the rallies that the conglomerates have enjoyed and fresh money is looking for diamonds in the rough.
Look at a Max Chart......this thing used to trade at 360. When I jumped in 2 1/2 years ago it would move 20% in a day and swing in pretty predictable cycles, then came the second round of dilution and it has just has been stuck in a narrow trading range, i.e., just small percentage moves, even with higher volumes.
As interest rates rise......bank profits will increase. And, HMPR has been profitable for over a year, bad loans dropping, redundant locations cut loose (attempting to sell) THIS COULD BE THE REASON [sale announcement]------I THINK THEY WANT 7 MILLION FOR THEM ALL, e.g., some exciting years ahead for HMPR.
There is just a couple of Private Equity guys controlling most of the gobbled up shares. Better get on board before the ship leaves port without you.
Coulda, woulda if Passport sales great? What a rimmbecile! Passport DOA like Z30, Z3!
Curious to see how many aliases pud has other than the 50+screen names that are a play on the word pud. Of special interest will be the following board trolls:
Won't it be funny if the board actually has only one board troll and it is pud. Not likely but lets see how many of the above mentioned trolls stop posting while "pud" is away.
The only concoction that has undergone the scientific method is Iclusig at 45 mg. It failed miserably and the FDA and the rest of the world has limited it's use to a very specific bunch of folks that will die long before Iclusig at 45 mg kills them. This is just a fact. Irrefutable.
As to this nonsense that different doses can have a do over after they have taken their time out....
A different dose is a start from the beginning. The 45 never worked and worse than that the 45 maimed and killed folks. A different dose of the toxic concoction known as Iclusig will have more to prove and disprove than a new candidate starting from scratch.
I'm truly sorry that your trade went bad and now you are a bag... err.... investor 4 life in this scam of a company. Seriously; just man up to the bad trade. Cash out like insiders are doing and move on.

When you have a joker at the top the rest of the staff behaves accordingly
*3rd Attempt at Posting this Part B*! Freaking Stupid Yahoo!!
"Incidentally the fee charged for such puts do not follow any normal option model pricing (in fact, the exchanges search for married puts by looking for options that are mispriced in relation to Black-Scholes, the standard formula that prices options). That is because their pricing is not really a function of any math or statistics, but is a function of the willingness of the hedge fund to pay the option market maker to help him break the rules against naked short selling. And that willingness is a function of how difficult it is for the hedge fund to use other loopholes to break those rules.
In the slang of Wall Street, these married puts are known as “bullets.” Through their maneuverings, the option market maker and hedge fund manager synthesize a naked short position that puts “bullets” into the hands of the hedge fund. The hedge fund fires those “bullets” at the stock to make it collapse, timing the last “bullet” to fire as the hedge fund’s put option expires profitably. If the option position nears expiration and looks like it will expire at a loss (“out of the money”), the hedge fund manager goes back to the option market maker, and together they reload by synthesizing more “bullets.”
