Thanks for letting me in on the court filing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter if the insider trading is true or not the simple fact that you have discovered the court filing is enough to cause me great concern and I will be selling because you stated that documents have been filed in Federal Court.

A lot of people don't consider this news, sadly, unless it was happening to Blackberry. Then every media outlet would report it and the stock would be up tremendously.

You dont have to read the article or like them. Frankly I put a lot of work into them and all my articles are back up by facts. I just get a kick out of how many here are blind. The company cooked the books, lied to you several times. hell,, i never quoted both of the ceo's lying to you and linked it to conference calls while the time stamp in the call so you can listen to it. Several share holder lawsuits exists that I track through PACER (its a legal system and yes you pay .10 per page read so it adds up fast). Then the SEC is investigating the company. Factor in that the external auditors have not signed off on the numbers yet and yet you people still defend the company. Thats amazing but thats fine.. it is your money.

The way SA works is a lot of people just write on the big stocks like AAPL, INTC etc etc or they chase the 'hot' volume stocks of the day. Of course they get a ton of page views. Some articles make 200 or even more if its a hot stock. For me I like to follow a narrow range of stocks and write on them. An OCZ article will make 30 bucks if its a flop to 120 or so if its a blow out success. A lot of it frankly depends on how interested people are in OCZ at the time, how many other articles are out, and a good title helps. It is really not worth it on an hour by hour basis for the amount of work it takes. You have to listen to conference calls, take exact notes and time stamps, compare products, talk to competitors, compare specs and prices, follow the legal mumbo jumbo and then write on it all and bullet proof your article. Of course your going to make mistakes from time to time and someone somewhere will correct you which is fine. An agenda.. sorry.. no conspiracy theory here gents. I'm not short or even long anymore (sold my calls after I saw the v3 2.0 announcement) and glad I did b/c the stock took a beating. Nope I just enjoy writing on OCZ. When the company does good things I write good things and vice versa and if you do not like it each and every one of you here is free to write on SA. Go for it! Write me an article on why ocz is going to emerge from this and just dominate.

Revenues are inflated because MJNA will not really receive $35,000,000 or $35,000,000 worth of stock. Pretty simple. The value of FCLS stock is being artificially maintained at $5. If MJNA were to sell the FCLS on the open market, they would not be able to get $5 per share because FCLS has no revenue or earnings.

So four months down the track, how are peoples predictions re share price movement holding up? These predictions were made in times of strong PRAN gains - are we still that keen?

Also, they mentioned the 6.70-6.75 book value ESTIMATE on Feb 13 when they stated that the book value was 7.29 on Dec 31.
That implies to me that the book value estimate on Feb 13 was way low. I think that the book value right this minute can be estmated at arround 7.00 since the IPO was issued at 6.84 bringing it down from 7.29.

any company generating 10-15 billion every 3 months in profit with 140 billion cash and cant' make enough product to demand meet should not be trading at 50% discount to the market that it outperforms 3-7X... no matter how you or anyone trys to spin it. nothing is wrong with apple, the system is the one rigged.

Your stock info, like your spelling and detective skills, is non-existent. LJCI owns 9.99% of MCET and is limited to owning no more than that. They have been financing this company for years, causing the number of shares issued to rise to over a billion. They were also getting their shares for $.003 in return for financing. They have a sell order in place for $.015. Check the charts and you'll see what the upside is here.

So you are saying that you're expecting Peix to regain shareholder confidence & attract potential investors based on their forward guidance, from what I have seen I believe its gonna take a little more than words to push this over a 1.00, Peix does not have the best reputation of loyalty to the investors, 4th Q numbers will have to be the catalyst to point this in the right direction, JMO

In retrospect a dumb move, one which the share price hasn't fully recovered from since while extending the next one out to june leaving less incentive to buy the shares now.

At to that the double whammy of taking on all this new debt (there's always an initial negative reaction to such things) and you've created a recipe for a very predictable market butt kick.

BTW, these latest yayhoo "improvemets" really bloww as they make proof reading too much of a hastle to bother with.
